I have two Standard Rattlesnake cables, and a few Flex patch cables, and I have to say the quality is top notch - solid construction, and great workmanship, I have never had a performance issue with the cables. Since the casing on the cables is robust, the one challenge is coiling them up quickly, if that is something you might need to do... Otherwise, I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Next time I'll probably opt for the Snake Head cable for my guitar, since the casing is more flexible.

Rattlesnake Cables are easily the best I've ever played. I've been playing for 15 years, playing shows for 10+, I used to have to replace cables as often as tubes. between getting yanked out, stepped on, and various beverages spilled on them; I had never had a cable last over a year. I bought two Snakeheads initially and loved how robust they felt, it took a while to get used to the stiffness, but any other cable feels flimsy to me now. including Monster, Mogami, Planet Waves, etc. next up on my to-do list is to swap out the Lava Cables on my board to Rattlesnake patch cables

I first became a fan of Rattlesnake after a purchase of some flex patch cables for my pedal-board. The GLS Audio Pancake design on the cables turned out to be outstanding for my board. I have since purchased two 10' Standard Cables for my stage set up, and will continue to add Rattlesnake cables, as needed. The construction of these cables is amazing. Very rugged build and very high quality. So, how do these Rattlesnakes stack up against all my other high end cables that I have collected thru the years? After purchase, I immediately set up to A/B them all. The difference to me was absolutely perceptible from the very first note. These are the best cables, bar-none, at any price that I've owned on 38 years as a musician. I've bought some of the well known, overpriced (at the time I believed I was getting my money's worth) and yet as underwhelming a product as I've encountered. I'm using Rattlesnake Cable company cables in my project studio presently as they the quietest, aka noise free, a cable as I've used, whether in my studio or in a commercial studio where I've done session work or in a couple of bands I've been in. I'm be also used them on the stage in live performances to determine how robust they were and I have no complaints. There is a feature that is inferred that disconnects the cable electrically before it can cause the annoying, ear spitting, speaker blowing kerblanggg because the dumba** FOH board operator neglects to mute the open channels during load in or load out. lol. These cables are worth every penny and then some. I've perused other cable building vendor sites that attempt to wow and impress with fancy specifications. I can tell you that the proof is in the plugging in and playing. There are so many variables in the signal chain and the effects of one's rig, that any builder, e.g., Hank Donovan of Ratlesnake Cable Company, will use decent quality materials and those specifications lose most of their meaning. The customer service and delivery time are also Blue Ribbon winning. If I had these cables available even ten years ago, with what I've spent on cables that are now used as cargo tie downs for the gear in the bed of my truck for hauling the band's gear when playing 100 miles out, I could have bought a dozen of Rattlesnake Cable Company Cables and a few more stomp boxes.

Just off the top of my head, I've bought some ten foot right angle regular cables, a 20 ft with the switch I mentioned and a Snakehead with one straight and one right angle cable. I prefer the red or copper colored tweed cover but there are several colors if one does as I do and. that's picking the color to readily identify my cables, even at a distance. I caught someone walking off with one of mine during load out and while he claimed it was an honest mistake, no one else that night, including Senior Sticky Fingers had red or copper jacket cables. He returned my cable and I let it go...that time. Rattlesnake Cables apparently have a reputation in Northenn California....So Good, they're worth the risk of a beat down for being caught stealing them. lol
