Reviews - Standard Rattlesnake Cable - Page 75.

What Michele B. Said...

Testimonial:

I was introduced to Rattlesnake cables about a year and a half ago. Very well made, love the gold Neutrik connectors and sound quality these cables produce. I recently purchased another Rattlesnake cable as a back up to my tweed. This time I ordered the copper to compliment my violin amber sunburst guitar and tweed amp. Great color and great cable. Ordered and shipped on the same day and the Rattlesnake bag is an added bonus to store your cable. Love the fact that the company is based in the US and the cables are made in the USA.

Testimonial:

My new Rattlesnake guitar cables are fantastic - the build quality is tops, the sound quality is great, the aesthetics are awesome. Very happy. Trying to get my bandmates to ditch their unreliable SLAmazon specials and join me in Rattlesnake country.

I was floored to receive a custom video from Hank to thank me for my purchase and to let me know that production had started... NO ONE does that! So awesome. Fast on all fronts. You've got a customer for life, friends.

What Ronald T. Said...

Testimonial:

These cables unmasked my basses truest voice. I was blown away with the clarity and low end punch the first time I plugged in with a rattlesnake cable. They even had sea foam green which matches my main MusicMan Bongo6 bass. Match made in heaven.

Thoughts about our Service:

Testimonial:

I take good care of my cables and just got tired of them just failing or becoming intermittent with no apparent damage or misuse. Bought some Rattlesnake cables and no more problems. Have replaced all my cables now with Rattlesnake Cables. It's worth the money to know that they are always going to work.

Thoughts about our Service:

Great. I live in Missoula so I pick the cables up in person. Service is fast.

We've purchased quite a few cables over the years. These Rattlesnake cables are high quality and very reliable. We have XLR, TS, and headphone cables all over the studio. The durability of these cables is definitely a big plus with us. Every cable has worked perfectly and they also look great in the studio, too. I highly recommend Rattlesnake Cables.

What Torrey H. Said...

Testimonial:

I'd been seeing the Rattlesnake company on my Instagram for months, finally gave them a shot when I was doing a upgrade on my pedal board. I had cool suitcase I repurposed but I needed some cable to help with the process, never knew I was missing so much clarity and volume with old cables I had. I am/will be getting some standard guitar cables soon that way I have a good signal chain all around. Just so you know I ordered them on Saturday, got them on Monday morning. WOW! Never expected that.

Testimonial:

I would just like to say THANK YOU for building such great cables! High quality at, what I feel is, a very reasonable price. I initially ordered (2) 10 foot Standard Instrument Cables. I’m pretty sure they were shipped out either the same day, or the morning after I had ordered them. And then I received them pretty quickly. After receiving the cables and putting them through their paces, I ordered 2 of the 20 ft cables. My initial impressions: First off, these cables are built tough! The quality of materials, the build quality the and the aesthetics’s team top-notch. Sound test: I tried them back to back with 3 other high quality cables from other manufacturers, and being a skeptical person, I wasn’t expecting to hear much difference between the Rattlesnake Cables and the 3 other cables. Having said that, after playing through all of the cables, I noticed a more complete “tonal package” coming through. Normally I’d say it was a “placebo effect,” but since I went into this with kind of a pessimistic attitude, I really do not believe that was the case. Obviously these are my impressions & opinions of the Rattlesnake Cables I’ve purchased, but I would encourage musicians out there, to give these cables a try. I don’t believe you’ll be anything but pleased, with them. My next purchase will be some patch cables. And I have complete faith that they will be of the same quality and consistency as the instrument cables I bought. Thank you

Thoughts about our Service:

I’m not sure what to write here. As far as customer service goes, my purchases were shipped out quickly, in my opinion. Everything was packaged exceptionally well also. However, if this section is asking about an actual “Customer Service” department experience, I did not have to utilize their Customer Service for anything.
