The cables are very well made; solid materials, but not in the form of heavy weight added to the guitar. Hank and the Rattlesnake crew appear to construct the cables on spec, as I needed a length that was not in the drop-down menu. Shipping was fast...two days from Montana to Miami. The cables produce no noise that I can discern; I am on various pedals including fuzz and wah, and electrical impedance is nil. Future purchases will be made for sure.

The personal experience included a video from Hank and his response was immediate when I needed an exchange due to my incorrect measurement (Hank exchanged the cable). The packaging is exceptional and each cable is supplied with a burlap storage sack and a velcro wrap for organization.

Rattlesnake Cable Company appreciation post. For some reason, I've always had bad luck with guitar cables. Especially the super flimsy ones that come with expression pedals. I don't know if I abuse them or what but they seem to always fail quickly. I've had some Rattlesnake cables for a few years, but with this recent run of bad luck, I decided to quit messing around and get the best for my rig all around. I can't say enough great things about this company. I'll never have to replace a faulty cable again. Wonderful people and company.

I am rough on my gear, when I purchase a piece of musical equipment being amp/guitar or even a cable, I put it to work right away. I dont like to put it in a petri dish and find out if it will work, I throw it right into playing shows and see if it sinks or swims. If it swims I know I found something that works for me. Rattlesnake cables have "swam" beautifully and survived shows and practices with no issues. It is nice to not worry about cables not crapping out on me in the middle of show or causing a problem. The cables are build strong and with care. I have no doubt if I should ever run into a problem the folks are Rattlesnake will take care of it.
