Firstly and most importantly, the cables are fantastic ! The build quality is top notch and I couldn't be happier using cables I don't have to give a second thought to. They also look pretty freakin' cool as well. I also purchased a mono to dual mono splitter. It's a little box, but it feels like a tank. Solid construction and feel. The packaging is like nothing I've ever seen. Beautifully done with obvious care. It was like a wee Christmas present in July, little goodies, protective cloth bags, info, personal note, etc. I don't think any company on earth takes this much care on a customer order. Who are these people? This was my first order with Rattlesnake and I'm already sold for life. Cheers to Hank and the team ! Ok....so the customer service was off the charts. After receiving a phone call to clarify an issue on one of the cable connections, I then received a personal video from Hank, thanking me for my order. I love these guys. Such personal service and attention to detail AND a superior product makes me want to shout out from the rooftops. Best gear experience of my life and I've been at it for almost 50 years kids! Will always recommend Rattlesnake to my musical mates.
