Cables are top tier, customer service is top tier, Rattlesnake is top tier! Once I felt the cables I knew I'd purchased something of extremely high quality. They are solid yet flexible and once I replaced all of my pedalboard/instrument cables with these the hiss from my amp was cut in half. I would trust these cables at a gig or in my studio any day of the week. I don't think I'll be buying any other brand cables from now on since Rattlesnake has every type of cable and connector you could need.

The board has continued to evolve and I needed some very custom lengths to fit everything in so contacted Hark again. He pulled my order together is less than a day and shipped it. It arrived today packaged so thoughtfully and I was able to reconfigure the board. I am a new but very satisfied customer. I don't think I've ever owned cables that feel as solid as these. The standard cables are heavier gauge than most other brands and the Neutrik connectors look amazing. When it comes to sound quality, we all probably want things to be as transparent as possible, and that's exactly what you get here. And they are great looking, which gives your rig that little something extra. I've been playing guitar and bass since the '80s, and I've purchased a crazy amount of cables over the decades. Compared to the shipments I've gotten from another high-end cable company that shall remain nameless, the Rattlesnake difference was night and day. This was by far the coolest and best looking presentation I've ever seen. Reminded me of the elegance with which Apple products are boxed up, so when I opened it, it had the vibe of something extra special.

Not only do they make fantastic products, they are some of the most genuine and helpful folks around (they handwrite notes for every purchase for goodness sakes!). Recently, I asked Hank if he could fulfill a custom cable order and he jumped right on it.
