Thanks to Hank and Rattlesnake Cables I no longer worry about cables being something that might fail during shows. I have been using several Rattlesnake Cables for a few years now with never an issue. 50 years doing shows, years on the road as a player, stage manager, tour manager, years in the A/V biz as a director I have seen a lifetime of failed cables. Top dollar, low budget, home made. A myriad of broken cables in a pile. Rattlesnake has solved this dilemma. They sound amazing, they roll up easier then any cable I've ever used before and they look fantastic. I'm eagerly looking forward to our next show with my new coily and pedalboard cables. Thanks Rattlesnake Team. The best!

Testimonial:

After many years of dealing with crap cables, I ran across rattlesnake on Amazon and bought a cable to replace a bad one. I liked it, so I made another order straight from the rattlesnake site. I ordered Saturday morning, Hank reached out with a Saturday morning video message “thank you”, and the cable was at my house by Monday morning. After using these cables, I realized I wanted to redo the whole signal chain with these and be done. Several orders later and I’m close! Buy these if you want to buy once and not have to replace cheap junk.

Testimonial:

I just got tired of cheap instrument cables going bad. They never go bad at home....it's always right before a gig...or....even worse DURING A GIG. I have thousands invested in tube amps and great guitars...it makes no sense to use a cheap cable!!! After getting my first order of guitar cables and seeing and feeling the QUALITY...or ordered the ones for my pedal board too...glad I did! These are amazing and when you feel of them you can tell they are a quality item that not just hooks your guitar to your amp...but actually adds to the sound!

Thoughts about our Service:

Great communication!!

What was purchased:

Purchased different length guitar cables...then the pedal board set.

Testimonial:

I’m relatively new to purchasing guitar gear. I’ve been associated with the music industry for over 30 years. I’ve watched, asked many questions and received loads of opinions and answers. I can only tell you my opinion. I ordered 2 rattlesnake cables to try them out. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast and I received exactly what I ordered. No missing items! The cables are much heftier than I expected. The cable ends are great. I can’t give technical jargon. But, the noise from my guitar through the rattlesnake cables to the amp and back to my ears sounds great. Thank you for a great product Johnny Frederick

Thoughts about our Service:

I didn’t really deal with customer service. I would like to say. The communication from customer service about my order was great. Although I didn’t have a need to talk to customer service, Hank and his Team sent email messages letting me know the progress of my order. All in all, (GREAT) customer service
