Straight out the box you can tell the high quality caliber they put into these cables! I bet I can run this thing over in my tractor! Also fantastic customer service from Hank. Recvd a personal video from Hank letting me know my cable was finished and on it journey! Small touches like this let me know Hank and his crew care about his customers! Customer service puts RCC over the top. Fast replies to multiple email questions. And when I made a mistake placing my order, I sent an email immediately (I was concerned the product would be built and shipped before I could correct it - they're that fast).
