"He proceeded to tell me about Rattlesnake Cable Company out of Montana. Well, I purchased one Rattlesnake cable, running it from my PRS Custom 22 to my Fuchs ODS, and what a difference between my cheap cable and the Rattlesnake. The white 'crackly' noise went away and my signal was crystal clear. The rest is history, I slowly began replacing all cables in the rig for the purpose of having that clarity and lack of unnecessary noise that was sucking my tone (rack processors, pedals). These Montana folks are great! They stand behind their products, and their customer service is awesome! These are the only cables I use now, since my good friend Buddy told me about these guys a few years back. Do yourself a favor and get rid of your cheap low quality cables and get that clear signal that you should have when playing on a nice rig. Rattlesnake Cable fan for life!!

Recently I messed up an order. Hank and the Rattlesnake team sent me a great cable but one end was incorrect. I sent them an e-mail and, within hours they replied. They said I can keep the incorrect cable ( which might be useful someday?) and they will send the correct cable. This is some amazing customer service! Thank you!
