I have purchased personally from Rattlesnake twice and have referred at least three people to purchase as well. I can tell you that the customer service for every single person hasn't been above and beyond what is called for. The quality of rattlesnake cables is on par with anything else out there regardless of price. I have spent a whole lot more on so-called boutique cables, only to have them fail from their construction methods. I used tons of cables and testing and playing both and have had not one inkling of an issue with any single Rattlesnake product.

Apparently I was using a really poor cable because the new cable made a huge improvement in tone. It was like a turned on a clean boost and got a lot more high end. Even though I have some Lollar pickups I was consider changing them but not any more. The difference was very noticeable.

Can't say enough about customer service. Order first cable on Saturday, had a tracking number 4 hours later and it arrived in Texas on Monday, well packed. I submitted a question about a specific cable type I wanted to go from my pedalboad to amp and within an hour Hank called me and discussed my needs. Then built exactly what I wanted which also arrived in 2 days. Don't hesitate to deal with these folks. Great products and great customer service.

I was looking for a way to use the stereo output option on my bass guitar and no where had a solid answer on what was needed. The major companies were saying using a Y cable but all they offered were 3 feet long cables or weird adapters. I ended up stumbling upon Rattlesnake and I read an article from them talking about how to use it and what gear is needed, with links provided to see what the gear looks like! After ordering the gear, receiving it, and playing with it, I am defiantly hooked with the quality and craftsmanship of the gear, I will defiantly be returning for more!

I ordered my products in 2 ordered because I realized I needed a TRS cable after ordering the splitter. Everywhere else had short cables and Rattlesnake was the only one I could find to offer 20ft length. So I ordered it on a separate order. I got a call later that day and the person I spoke to said there was a Halloween discount starting the day, after speaking they gave me the discount and merged my order to get her to save on shipping. In total they saved me $30, they offered to give a refund, gift card, or 4 6”cables. I chose the cable, being $10 each I ended up getting one of the patch cables free. And coming from Montana to Ohio it took no time for it to come in. And they added free sticker and a notepad! I definitely am pleased with the experience and will recommend and be a returning customer!

In the grand scheme of things, ordering a couple of "patch cables" is rarely high on any guitarist/bassist's priority list. But I have to relate what ordering a couple of those cables yesterday from Rattlesnake Cable Company was like. Within 7 minutes of placing my order, I received an email verifying that my cables were being made. An hour and 15 minutes later, another email confirmed shipment of my order! And the next morning, I get an emailed video message from head honcho Hank, personally thanking me for my business, and asking me to recommend the company! Based on what the initial customer service was, I had no doubt the cables would be of a similarly high quality. Expectations exceeded! To paraphrase the immortal words of cable connoisseur "The Terminator": "I'll be back - for more Rattlesnake Cables!"
