Hank replied in a very diplomatic way about my inquiry. So, I sent an e-mail leaving my phone number, asking if he would leave me a text. I wanted to talk about the product and my guitars..etc. He called me that day, and I was not expecting that... So, I returned the call, and he took the time to answer my questions. Very cool. I really like the human touch in transactions. Here was a small company in Montana wanting to deliver a great product in a very down-home way..
