Ten years ago I had one cable with a plastic connector that cracked after being carelessly dropped onto concrete surface many times. Rattlesnake immediately replaced it with an upgraded Neutrik metal connector, no charge. I'm fortunate (smart?) enough to live in Missoula, so I dropped by the shop recently and was given a complete tour by Hank himself. The staff was rockin' and upbeat, cranking out these quality cables like a bunch of elves in Santa's toy shop. We're lucky to have Rattlesnake as a part of our local economy, and our community!

Great experience, quick and prompt response to me initial inquiry on a custom loom. Hank called me and talked me through the process and made me think about a few things that changed how I would configure my order. For example , giving myself enough reach so that the cable that plugs into the front of the amp head can get around with no issues, when I did my initial thinking was just focused on the send and return, I would have had to cut my new loom open due to an obvious oversight. So beyond doing business, there is a lot of knowledge to be leveraged. The looms themselves are VERY well made, with attention to detail, just quality stuff. It will look much better in my music room. While it's still 6 cables , the looms really tidy everything up with one loom to each of my two amps going completely around the perimeter of my room. No photos yet, but I'll repost with my looms going to my Friedman Jose and Dirty Shirley connecting to a Two Notes Reload II attenuator. Also got color matching speaker cables for connecting other rack gear. Whether your buying for looks or toughness, it's very nice to get both without having to compromise. Already a repeat customer….

Two 3 foot 12 gauge speaker cables (patching between rack units)

I already had the speaker cable or would have made ithem a 4 cable loom to include the speaker cable too, you definitely want that 12 gauge.
