Hank replied in a very diplomatic way about my inquiry. So, I sent an e-mail leaving my phone number, asking if he would leave me a text. I wanted to talk about the product and my guitars..etc. He called me that day, and I was not expecting that... So, I returned the call, and he took the time to answer my questions. Very cool. I really like the human touch in transactions. Here was a small company in Montana wanting to deliver a great product in a very down-home way.. For so many years, I was playing with low quality cables. I went to my my local guitar shop, best around, Dr. Woods Guitar Emporium in Fox River Grove, IL. Buddy Wiegelman, owner of the shop, basically said to me, "so many people are playing on expensive guitars and amps, but are using terrible cables. "He proceeded to tell me about Rattlesnake Cable Company out of Montana. Well, I purchased one Rattlesnake cable, running it from my PRS Custom 22 to my Fuchs ODS, and what a difference between my cheap cable and the Rattlesnake. The white 'crackly' noise went away and my signal was crystal clear. The rest is history, I slowly began replacing all cables in the rig for the purpose of having that clarity and lack of unnecessary noise that was sucking my tone (rack processors, pedals). These Montana folks are great! They stand behind their products, and their customer service is awesome! These are the only cables I use now, since my good friend Buddy told me about these guys a few years back. Do yourself a favor and get rid of your cheap low quality cables and get that clear signal that you should have when playing on a nice rig. Rattlesnake Cable fan for life!!
