Testimonial:

I have been very pleased with Rattlesnake cables. They seem to be extremely well made and also look amazing. They have been very durable. Not one failure compared to almost any other cable I’ve owned over the last 40 years. Service was very fast.

Testimonial:

Unbelievable service. Sent in an email request, received a reply within hours. I called them and talked with Hank. He helped me decide on what options would work best for my application. That was on a Monday and BAM, the new cables where delivered Wednesday. Amazing. Obviously this company knows how to handle their business and no national supply chain issues for their services. In a time when nothing is in stock and wait times are long, they definitely buck the system and trends. Outstanding service. Hank is the best. Steve A.

Testimonial:

I was looking for some new cables, because the older ones I had bit the dust. I looked at the usual offerings on the music websites, then Ratllesnake caught my eye. I'm really glad it did, because this company is a gold mine for cables built to last. The cables I ordered were custom built for what I wanted, and what I got is a bomb proof bunch of cables. The jacks are top notch quality, they are attached with long sheaths and the cable is thick and surely keeps the tone intact and keeps outside noise from getting in.

Thoughts about our Service:

Customer service is prompt, personal, friendly and flexible. It's like buying from a nice family that lives just down the street. I also get introduced to other great gear offered by other independent companies, such as a pedal board that is unlike any other that I've ever seen and one of a kind hand built guitars.

What was purchased:

I bought two Mean Green 10' guitar cables, with gold plated jacks. I also bought 3 patch cables for my effects pedals. From here on out I'll just try to keep up with my new gear and some of the limited time colored cables. My go to for sure.

Anyone who views The Rattlesnake Cable Co. website can see that the product line appears to be excellent quality. The appearances are not deceiving! In my 50+ years experience I've used some 1st-rate gear. These cables are among the best I've tried! I'll definitely buy more. Also check out the 'Utility' page for problem-solving items. I recommend the Pedal Labels too.

Thoughts about our Service:

Absolutely 5 stars from the first purchase. They even fixed a cable that took years of abuse on the road. That instrument cable was passed down to my brother later. How often do you “pass down” a cable?… you will with these.

What was purchased:

Speaker cables, pedal cables, and instrument cables- all my cables are Rattlesnake. Now I just need a worthy power supply.

Testimonial:

The Snake Head cable I recently purchased is an amazing piece of gear. The build quality is super solid, and the signal transmission is just monstrous! There is absolutely no extra noise or fuzz that I don't want in my bass tone. And it looks great..I will definitely be replacing my current cables and patches for Rattlesnakes very soon!

Thoughts about our Service:

Excellent customer service. Ordered the cable and had it in my hands before the end of the week, a personal video from Hank was also sent shortly after my purchase was completed just to say thanks for buying Rattlesnake. The packaging was top notch, and I always love surprise stickers when I open up new gear, plus a notepad with the Rattlesnake branding inside the box was a nice extra. Top notch folks and it shows in the products they deliver!!

What Wes L. Said...

Testimonial:

Rattlesnake is my new cable maker. I got some new pedals and I needed some custom patch cables made. I have a purposefully USA made rig, so I naturally sought out an American cable company. Hank made my amazingly perfect cables to order and they were immediately shipped. The attention to detail here is superb. I even got a personalized video when my order was ready to ship. The cables arrived on my doorstep in 2 days and I was blown away by the quality. Each cable was super sturdy and well built with packaging to match. I have no doubt these cables will outlive me. Great great company. You won’t be disappointed with these cables!
