All I can begin with is WOW! Great product with meticulous construction and sound quality. Added to that was one of the best customer service experiences ever. Communication, timeliness, packaging, follow up, and care were from a different planet. I tried one cable to dip my toe in the water and immediately upgraded my entire rig!

Recently purchased two 6ft Jumper Cables from Rattlesnake after being disappointed by another custom cable purchases quality. If you are looking for an unbelievable consumer experience like no other, then you must try Rattlesnake Cables. I came across a Rattlesnake post on Facebook, offering 20% off coupon and decided to order the two Jumper Cables and Skully sticker. I received an email containing a video from Hank first thing in the morning. Stating my order was first on the bench and that I'll be receiving a confirmation email with tracking that afternoon.

Thoughts about our Service:

Unbelievable, well beyond expectations.

I’m the new owner of a Rickenbacker 4003, therefore I started researching ways to use the Rick-O-Sound stereo output. I came across the Rattlesnake TRS to Dual Mono Splitter and figured I'd give it a try. I purchased the splitter and a TRS cable, which arrived within two days. The cable was high quality and packed in a sweet cloth drawstring bag. They threw in a sticker and a classy handwritten note from Hank on a Rattlesnake notepad. The splitter setup was cake and it fit on my board nicely. I don't use amps so I have one signal going to my HX Stomp and the other to my DI-2112. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase and customer service. They've earned a customer for life.

Just the best! The best cables and amazing customer service. I was so impressed by the quality that I've placed 3 orders in a 3 week period. If you don't think cables make a difference in your tone, try these. I'm pretty sure you'll agree.

Thoughts about our Service:

I screwed up my first order. Totally my fault. I contacted Hank and he went way out of his way to help solve my problem and get me what I needed. Still amazed that my orders get from Missoula to Spanaway WA in 2 days.

Testimonial:

The Mono to Dual Mono Splitter works exactly as I intended, taking a mono signal from an electric kalimba and making it "stereo" using a TRS Y cable and running through my stereo outboard effects patchbay. Works like a charm and sounds great with no signal loss whatsoever.

Thoughts about our Service:

Great! Would recommend to anyone looking for quality cables or splitters.

Testimonial:

The first time I heard of Rattlesnake cables, my guitar player had purchased one. We were setting up for a duo show and he had his small solid state amp and his Tele like always. He plugged in and started warming up. I immediately heard a difference in the little rig I'd heard hundreds of time before. Once I found out what was different, I had to have a Rattlesnake Cable. When my first order came in, to say I was thrilled would be an understatement. I immediately noticed my guitars having more clarity. I had never bought into the high end cable rumors before, but I was a believer once I heard the difference in my rig. That has been about 8 years ago now and I've ordered several more time from Hank. Everything from patch cables for my pedal board to XLR's for my mics on stage. Everything I have ordered has been top notch and of course Hank's service is incredible. I'll never play any other cable than a Rattlesnake Cable.
