I had first heard of Rattlesnake Cable Company through and advertisement the cables looked great in fact they looked a bit too good to be true. Looked around and saw that they were selling instrument cables on amazon so I bought one from there as a safe way to test out the brand ( like I said at the time seemed a little too good to be true) the cable arrived in very impressive packaging along with with a bag for the cable a brochure and a sticker( I’m a sucker for stickers) needless to say any worry’s I had were gone I found the website and ordered another instrument cable along with a speaker cable and a patch cable. Not only did I get the same great packaging but when ordering from the site I even received a personal video from the owner hank letting me know that my cables would be the first ones to be made that day and to keep my out for an email with the shipping address. Rattlesnake cable co has by far the greatest customer support I’ve ever experienced to the point it felt like I was dreaming. All in all this an amazing American business with high quality products they will be getting all of my business in the future.

Rattlesnake cables are awesome and I’m proud to support a Montana business. I have never been disappointed and customer service and shipping are always quick. I have several flex cables for my pedal board and they are great. I also have two of the right angle guitar cables. These are a little bit too stubborn for me to use with my guitar (I get tangled) but for pedal board to amps they are perfect. All rattlesnake products are top notch quality and preserve tone very well. Best of all the prices arent outrageous vs. mainstream high end chinese products. The only thing I’d like to see rattlesnake create is a guitar cable without the mesh sleeve. Something more flexible and less tangly. Presently I use a mogami gold cable for guitar>pedal board but everything else is pure rattlesnake.
