I would just like to say THANK YOU for building such great cables! High quality at, what I feel is, a very reasonable price. I initially ordered (2) 10 foot Standard Instrument Cables. I’m pretty sure they were shipped out either the same day, or the morning after I had ordered them. And then I received them pretty quickly. After receiving the cables and putting them through their paces, I ordered 2 of the 20 ft cables. My initial impressions: First off, these cables are built tough! The quality of materials, the build quality the and the aesthetics’s team top-notch. Sound test: I tried them back to back with 3 other high quality cables from other manufacturers, and being a skeptical person, I wasn’t expecting to hear much difference between the Rattlesnake Cables and the 3 other cables. Having said that, after playing through all of the cables, I noticed a more complete “tonal package” coming through. Normally I’d say it was a “placebo effect,” but since I went into this with kind of a pessimistic attitude, I really do not believe that was the case. Obviously these are my impressions & opinions of the Rattlesnake Cables I’ve purchased, but I would encourage musicians out there, to give these cables a try. I don’t believe you’ll be anything but pleased, with them. My next purchase will be some patch cables. And I have complete faith that they will be of the same quality and consistency as the instrument cables I bought. Thank you

I’m not sure what to write here. As far as customer service goes, my purchases were shipped out quickly, in my opinion. Everything was packaged exceptionally well also. However, if this section is asking about an actual “Customer Service” department experience, I did not have to utilize their Customer Service for anything.

I've been a professional musician since the age of 19 (66 now). I've used every cable you can name. Mogami, D'Addario, Asterope, Armour Gold, ProCo, George L's, Lava and probably some I forgot. Ironically after seeing and hearing a great deal of buzz about Rattlesnake Cables I was in a music store in Boise, Idaho about 2 years ago and on a rack were some Rattlesnake Cables. I thought what the heck I would give it a try. When I got home I compared it to my Armour Gold, D'Addario American Stage and my Lava cable. No contest. The Rattlesnake cable was more balanced and had better cleaner more articulate mids, highs, and low frequency than all of the cables I was using. I also like the fact that the outside material is durable but not stiff. I now have at least 6 guitar cables in a variety of colors (I dig the Black Widow and Purple the most) and probably 18 patch cables of different lengths. The patch cables are now on my full size pedalboard, my alternate pedalboard, and my acoustic pedalboard. I'm done chasing the best sound for my guitar rigs I know I found it.

Hank and his team are terrific. They know it's a competitive world out there and there are so many choices in purchasing guitar cables and patch cables. Their Customer Service is 2nd to none. Always on time and most of the time exceed my expectations. I'm waiting for a curly cable throwback to the 60's, those were some of the first cables I ever used as a kid.

Right away I got a personal video message from Hank thanking me for my order, and letting me know that they were on it. As the order was assembled and processed, I was emailed at each step. The cables arrived quickly with promo materials that were attractive and well-designed I will actually put the sticker on my board!. I assembled the cables into my pedal board, and WOW! what a difference! I was actually able to hear a huge difference with these cables! My only regret? I have tried many different cables and never really paid attention to quality or components of them and to be honest, never really cared. I started hearing different youtubers talk about pedal quality and saw Rattlesnake used on many different rig rundowns. This peaked my interest and I quickly went to the site and ordered a snakehead instrument cable. What an awesome design! The snakehead doesn't hurt the finish and the cable feels super-strong and durable. The Neutrik plugs are a nice touch that makes this cable feel like it will last forever. Also, I did an A/B test with a monster cable going straight to the amp and I will say, the sound was fuller and more crisp with the Rattlesnake cable. On top of all this, the customer service is top notch. Hank sent me a video on my first order and all the confirmation emails were sent quickly. They also shipped my order the next day. I have since bought many patch cables (flex patch) in varying configurations to fit my pedalboard perfectly and it has made a huge difference. The sound is noticeably better and I have so much more confidence in my board with these extremely quality patch cables opposed to the s****y solderless cables I used before. In the past I used cheap or DIY cables for my pedalboard. Then one night, onstage at a gig, as the next song began my signal cut out. I found myself rerouting the cables on my pedalboard, hoping to get a signal before the guitar solo. I got it done, but I really, really don't want that sort of anxiety while performing. I dug around, found Rattlesnake, and replaced all my cables. Never had an issue again. Great quality and solid materials. Why would you spend $300 on a Strymon pedal and connect it with a $2 cable? Spend the very few extra dollars for Rattlesnake cables and enjoy a great tone--one that won't cut out on you on stage.
