Testimonial:

I'm a guitarist at my local church, so quality and reliability are at the top of my list when it comes to buying gear. Rattlesnake Cable Company has been absolutely top-notch and will be my go to source for cables moving forward. Their customer service is just as impressive as the quality of their products. Hank personally called me to help work through an issue with a custom loom and made sure we got everything figured out. Great products, great people, and outstanding service. I'll gladly recommend Rattlesnake to every musician I know.

Testimonial:

After seeing Rattlesnake Cable company continue to gain traction and support up and coming artists over the past couple years, I thought I would give this company a shot. After using several high end cables over the years, I was graciously accepted as part of the Rattlesnake family. Three separate orders arrived fast and packed tight. Hank and the team sent "thank you" notes and emails to ensure satisfaction. Good luck getting that from "the other guys". Everything is made in house and I love the fact I'm supporting a smaller company that supports working musicians. Here's to many more orders to come, thanks Rattlesnake Cable Company!!

Testimonial:

I had heard so many great things about Rattlesnake Cables that I decided to try them myself. I ordered a 20-foot cable and was blown away by the entire process! I could determine exactly what I wanted, and it was built to my specifications. The process was simple, and the customer service was second to none. The owner even sent me a private video message of thanks. Wow! I loved my first cable so much, I ordered two patch cables, and will be ordering more in the future. I play heavy music and usually play gigs with multiple bands. I need my gear to be spot on at all times. My Rattlesnake Cables have been great. Highly recommended!

Audio Mafia approved! Both John and I have been so impressed with the high quality, reliability and customer service from Rattlesnake and Hank. Not only do they get the job done, but are extremely high quality and look killer too! You can tell the highest level of pride is taken in the craftsmanship. The items I ordered where the perfect match to the live rig I just built.

Thoughts about our Service:

A++++++ so many Customer Obsession touches from Hank from personalized thank you videos to hand written notes in the order. Can't believe it scales, but somehow Hank pulls it off! Bravo! 100% Hank is official Mafia from here on out, but now that you know that - you'll be sleeping with the fishes…
