Testimonial:

I became a Rattlesnake cable customer a few years back, and over that time I have converted all of my gear, including: my live rig...guitars amps etc; my PA cabling and my recording gear. I couldn't be happier with the quality and workmanship. The other members of my band have or are converting their gear to Rattlesnake as well. Great customer service and value.

Testimonial:

Look, I understand that being a musician can (and usually continues to be) rather expensive especially in the professional/touring market. With that being said, you certainly don’t want to skimp out on cheap and unremarkable gear that will not deliver the utility and high quality you need to progress in your craft. Rattlesnake cables are some of the nicest and most durable cables I’ve ever owned in my 15 year tenure as a guitarist/multi-instrumentalist and I highly recommend this company to folks who don’t want to sacrifice high durability/quality for more cable length (these cables hard to twist and destroy and have a 20 foot option if you need a good amount for the stage) for any gigging situation.

Testimonial:

I'd been seeing the Rattlesnake company on my Instagram for months, finally gave them a shot when I was doing a upgrade on my pedal board. I had cool suitcase I repurposed but I needed some cable to help with the process, never knew I was missing so much clarity and volume with old cables I had. I am/will be getting some standard guitar cables soon that way I have a good signal chain all around. Just so you know I ordered them on Saturday, got them on Monday morning. WOW! Never expected that.

What John M. Said...

Testimonial:

Rattlesnake cables are outstandingly rugged and reliable. Cables carry a musician's hard work, thoughts, and expressions. They have to be solid. Time and time again, I have other cables fail and when they do, we replace them with Rattlesnakes. They have never failed me or my bandmates - not once.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

I've never needed customer service, but the notes and little things (e.g. picks) included in the orders complete the whole ordering experience nicely. Thanks!

What was purchased:

I've bought a custom snakehead guitar cables and various patch cables. However, our band uses several more Rattlesnake guitar cables and XLR cables. We love them!

Testimonial:

I would just like to say THANK YOU for building such great cables! High quality at, what I feel is, a very reasonable price. I initially ordered (2) 10 foot Standard Instrument Cables. I’m pretty sure they were shipped out either the same day, or the morning after I had ordered them. And then I received them pretty quickly. After receiving the cables and putting them through their paces, I ordered 2 of the 20 ft cables. My initial impressions: First off, these cables are built tough! The quality of materials, the build quality the and the aesthetics’s team top-notch. Sound test: I tried them back to back with 3 other high quality cables from other manufacturers, and being a skeptical person, I wasn’t expecting to hear much difference between the Rattlesnake Cables and the 3 other cables. Having said that, after playing through all of the cables, I noticed a more complete “tonal package” coming through. Normally I’d say it was a “placebo effect,” but since I went into this with kind of a pessimistic attitude, I really do not believe that was the case. Obviously these are my impressions & opinions of the Rattlesnake Cables I’ve purchased, but I would encourage musicians out there, to give these cables a try. I don’t believe you’ll be anything but pleased, with them. My next purchase will be some patch cables. And I have complete faith that they will be of the same quality and consistency as the instrument cables I bought. Thank you

Thoughts about our Service:

I’m not sure what to write here. As far as customer service goes, my purchases were shipped out quickly, in my opinion. Everything was packaged exceptionally well also. However, if this section is asking about an actual “Customer Service” department experience, I did not have to utilize their Customer Service for anything.

Testimonial:

These are the best and most robust (the ro-best?) cables I've ever owned, which is why I keep buying them (the notepad is a nice addition...even wrote my wedding vows on it). The colors are unique and the fabrication is impeccable. They are shipped with a quickness and usually arrive before I remember that I ordered them. You guys are the best, and I will be adding more cables in the future!

What Jeff E. Said...

Testimonial:

I've been a professional musician since the age of 19 (66 now). I've used every cable you can name. Mogami, D'Addario, Asterope, Armour Gold, ProCo, George L's, Lava and probably some I forgot. Ironically after seeing and hearing a great deal of buzz about Rattlesnake Cables I was in a music store in Boise, Idaho about 2 years ago and on a rack were some Rattlesnake Cables. I thought what the heck I would give it a try. When I got home I compared it to my Armour Gold, D'Addario American Stage and my Lava cable. No contest. The Rattlesnake cable was more balanced and had better cleaner more articulate mids, highs, and low frequency than all of the cables I was using. I also like the fact that the outside material is durable but not stiff. I now have at least 6 guitar cables in a variety of colors (I dig the Black Widow and Purple the most) and probably 18 patch cables of different lengths. The patch cables are now on my full size pedalboard, my alternate pedalboard, and my acoustic pedalboard. I'm done chasing the best sound for my guitar rigs I know I found it.

Thoughts about our Service:

Hank and his team are terrific. They know it's a competitive world out there and there are so many choices in purchasing guitar cables and patch cables. Their Customer Service is 2nd to none. Always on time and most of the time exceed my expectations. I'm waiting for a curly cable throwback to the 60's, those were some of the first cables I ever used as a kid.

---

What was purchased:

A variety of 10', 15' cables, and patch cables. I have also purchase a pick tin because it is so much easier than small bowls to keep my hundreds of picks in. I recently purchased a Cotton Twill Hat.
