I have never had a better purchasing experience. I am not a shill, multiple time paying customer here. The personalized notes, messages and packaging, combined with super fast shipping (2 days from Missoula to Memphis) is nothing compared to Hank himself calling immediately after I placed an order but didn’t realize a promotion was afoot. Hank offered to either credit me or add a few extras to make up the difference. Where have you found this level of personal connection and equity anywhere? Completely awesome dude, superior products. Hands down. I will order again and suggest you go ahead and pull the trigger if you are on the fence.

Can't say enough about customer service. Order first cable on Saturday, had a tracking number 4 hours later and it arrived in Texas on Monday, well packed. I submitted a question about a specific cable type I wanted to go from my pedalboad to amp and within an hour Hank called me and discussed my needs. I ordered my products in 2 ordered because I realized I needed a TRS cable after ordering the splitter. Everywhere else had short cables and Rattlesnake was the only one I could find to offer 20ft length. So I ordered it on a separate order. I got a call later that day and the person I spoke to said there was a Halloween discount starting the day, after speaking they gave me the discount and merged my order to get her to save on shipping. In total they saved me $30, they offered to give a refund, gift card, or 4 6”cables. I chose the cable, being $10 each I ended up getting one of the patch cables free. And coming from Montana to Ohio it took no time for it to come in. And they added free sticker and a notepad! I definitely am pleased with the experience and will recommend and be a returning customer!

In the grand scheme of things, ordering a couple of "patch cables" is rarely high on any guitarist/bassist's priority list. But I have to relate what ordering a couple of those cables yesterday from Rattlesnake Cable Company was like. Within 7 minutes of placing my order, I received an email verifying that my cables were being made. An hour and 15 minutes later, another email confirmed shipment of my order! And the next morning, I get an emailed video message from head honcho Hank, personally thanking me for my business, and asking me to recommend the company! Based on what the initial customer service was, I had no doubt the cables would be of a similarly high quality. Expectations exceeded!
