In sum, I am grateful for these high quality cable options--your flex patches and coiled cables have helped me seriously clean up my pedalboard with respect to signal-to-noise ratio. Moreover, because these cables add essentially zero noise (especially important for the longer guitar to amp/efx pedals), I can also use them to troubleshoot pedal board organization and to find noisy pedals. I do have a couple issues. The first being somewhat minor: I've nearly slipped on the abrasion resistant snake head weave. Due to the weave material (which contributes to the abrasion resistance I imagine), the cable is very slippery on wood flooring. The second issue being with the pancake flex cables--these simply do not work with stereo input/outputs. The connections are too wide. I understand that the other options exist. Unfortunately, none of these options fit through the slots in my pedal board. The latter not being much of an issue. Perhaps more specs regarding sizes would help.

When I converted the entire, signal chain of my guitar, ('54 epiphone, devon, played through '65 bandmaster), to Rattlesnake cables, I had to turn down! I not shitting you. The signal, was so much more efficient, I needed to bump down a bit. Plus, with the shielding on the cable, can handle all the abuse a gigging musician can throw at it. Beer - cowboy boot, heels - carelessly coiling it up, drunk, at 2 a.m. They're great! And they look great too. I've had mine for years - as have, all of my band mates - and they're flawless.

Plugging my first Rattlesnake straight into an amp was an eye opener. I have since replaced pretty pretty much ever cable I have. Not one them has let out so much as a crackle. They are bulletproof and look cool as hell. Looking cool is important. Admit it. All of mine are different colors so I can mix and match them like ties for your best suit.

My only ahaa observation is that I should have bought snake head configurations. The plastic rubber coating extending though the guitar straps give the weave longevity.

I first pulled the trigger on a Rattlesnake about a year ago. It was pricey for a cable, but when you're gigging often, breaking down and setting up rigs 2, 3 and sometimes 4 times a week, it tends to be really hard on them. Not only was it built like tank, but the sound of it was noticably clearer than the old cable I had been using. So, I bought cables for my bandmates for Christmas, and then got some patch cables for my pedal board and another long cable, so that my entire signal chain is now Rattlesnake, and I couldn't be happier about it.
