He spent time on the phone with me while I explained the project I wanted to complete. The cable loom that he made for me is absolutely awesome. The quality is well above what I expected. It really solves a lot of problems I had with all my cables being loose. I'm so surprised at how much better The quality of my tone got. I didn't really believe that cables could make that much difference. But it sounds much better with these rattlesnake cables. I'm a customer for life. I also purchased a snake head guitar cable. Which I'm using for my electric and my acoustic rig. Just love the quality. Again I can't state enough how much it made a difference in my sound. I've been using Mogami cables, so I didn't expect the same performance from this brand; I was wrong. These cables rock! they are every bit as good as my Mogami's, and maybe a little bit better, but without the cost. It sounded like I got just a little bit more mid drive tone out of my Mesa Boogie Mark V 35 using the Rattlesnakes. The quality of the build and the components is evident from the moment you plug in. These are pro level cables. I now have about half a dozen guitar cords in my collection, with a variety of ends and heads. I'm a working musician, and I know that when there's some kind of equipment failure onstage, one thing I know is that it won't be the Rattlesnake cable. They're made by musicians for musicians. Ten years ago I had one cable with a plastic connector that cracked after being carelessly dropped onto concrete surface many times. Rattlesnake immediately replaced it with an upgraded Neutrik metal connector, no charge. I'm fortunate (smart?) enough to live in Missoula, so I dropped by the shop recently and was given a complete tour by Hank himself. The staff was rockin' and upbeat, cranking out these quality cables like a bunch of elves in Santa's toy shop. We're lucky to have Rattlesnake as a part of our local economy, and our community!

Everything I've gotten from Rattlesnake has been unmatched in quality. I use a lot of cables in my setup, and switching everything out with the ones I got from Hank and here at Rattlesnake, I could hear the difference from the first note I played. I use heavy distortion, and I can get so much of a cleaner, more concise full grit distortion tone with these. It really does make a huge difference, and, the extra high end from the low capacitance is really welcome. Not to mention, I had a TON of questions. I order two custom looms in sets of three, and they answered all my questions and have been more than accommodating in every way possible. Response times were so quick too, and the vibes were great. I most definitely will be a longtime customer to Rattlesnake.
