Right from when I reached out to inquire about the custom cable loom build, to placing the order for that and the instrument cable, communication was incredible. I purchased a 25' custom cable loom which included an IEC end to a power plug and an XLR to 1/4" cable with the snakeskin weave. I also purchased a 20' instrument cable with matching snakeskin weave as a back up (I typically go wireless) in the event that the wireless goes out on me for any reason.

I'm not sure there could be a company that takes better care of their customers. The covering I wanted wasn't listed on their website, but I emailed and got a quick response. I gave my other specs and by the following day my cable was being shipped to me. Great communication and the additional care in the packaging was a nice touch.
