Customer service puts RCC over the top. Fast replies to multiple email questions. And when I made a mistake placing my order, I sent an email immediately (I was concerned the product would be built and shipped before I could correct it - they're that fast). A couple minutes later my phone was ringing with a Missoula number. It was Hank himself addressing my mistake and making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. These guys are really, really good at what they do! Thanks RCC!

I first purchased 2 speaker cables for my bass amp & cabinets and the quality of the cables was excellent. So, i then had a custom cable made for my bass to match, which was again another quality cable. Yet, what makes Rattlesnake different is there customer service. I sent an email Saturday evening and heard back less then an hour later. I then ordered said items and had them that Wednesday along with a nice video message. Hank is passionate about cables and it shows. I also liked the video on how to properly roll up a cable since I'd been doing it wrong. I have ordered custom cables from other vendors and there customer service was horrible or I waited over a month to get my cable and dealt with poor customer service. In the end they lost me as a future customer and Rattlesnake has gained a loyal customer. I will be buying all my audio cables from Rattlesnake from now on.

Customer service was great. I had quick replies to all my emails and the cables where shipped quickly. also all my questions were answer when ordering the cables. It bummed me out there wasn't a lifetime warranty on the silent plug but I get that and wasn't worried. But Hank was honest and up front about that and helpful. The quality of the cables is excellent, but it is the personal touches and customer service is what will keep me as a loyal customer for life.
