Testimonial:

Hank not only provides the best cables but also the best customer service! I was floored when I got my first snake head cable. I put it against my Conquest, Lava, Spectraflex and Mogami cables and it's such low capacitance that it brought more sparkle back into my signal. I've now added two more instrument cables and did my pedalboard with all Rattlesnake patch cables. The build quality is top notch and sound is superior to any other cable out there!

Testimonial:

I needed new cables so I searched online till I found Rattlesnake Cable's. I looked at a lot of different cable manufacturers but kept coming back to RCC. The customer service has been great. I was notified by email when they were being made and when shipped. The time from ordering to receiving them was very quick. RCC has definitely exceeded my expectations and raised the bar for other cable manufacturers. Will definitely be purchasing more items in the future.

Testimonial:

I initially reached out to Hank because I was trying to see if he could make a matching speaker cable to the one I already had gotten from a different company. He went out of his way to find the specific wrap that I wanted which later became his Black Ivy option. I purchased a 20 foot snake head instrument cable a few months later. The quality of the cables are just awesome. Rattlesnake Cables you rock!!!

Testimonial:

I'm not even sure where to begin. The build quality that goes into these cables is unsurpassed by anyone else out there. It's also important to know that these are hand-made in the USA and that sits a little easier on the conscience. Rattlesnake Cables undoubtedly have the best customer service around as you will always know where your unique order is in the process from the initial order, to build, to shipping.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

I received a notification that the order was received. One hour after that, the emailed me to let me know the build was started, and less than an hour after that I received a shipping number. All of this was on a Friday afternoon! And then to top that off, the owner of the company sent a personalized video to thank me for the purchase. Simply put, no one does this sort of thing anymore.

What Duncan A. Said...

Testimonial:

My experience dealing with Rattlesnake Cables was better than I could've imagined. As someone from Montana, it's cool to see a local Montana company take pride in its work and go the extra mile. Hank, the owner, sent me a video the day after I ordered my cable, saying the guys were going to build it right away, and then it was on my doorstep a day or two later. The cable seems to be of the very highest quality, and I've used it playing both guitar and bass, and sounds great. When I'm in need of another cable, I definitely will be getting another from Rattlesnake Cables.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

I could ask for any more; the customer service was probably the best I've ever encountered.
