Testimonial:

After many years of dealing with crap cables, I ran across rattlesnake on Amazon and bought a cable to replace a bad one. I liked it, so I made another order straight from the rattlesnake site. I ordered Saturday morning, Hank reached out with a Saturday morning video message “thank you”, and the cable was at my house by Monday morning. After using these cables, I realized I wanted to redo the whole signal chain with these and be done. Several orders later and I’m close! Buy these if you want to buy once and not have to replace cheap junk.

Testimonial:

I purchased my first rattlesnake cable about 10 days ago after hearing rave reviews from a friend who also uses them. My 15 foot Snakehead cable was a replacement for one that I've had for four or five years. It just cut out on me in the middle of a gig. Isn't that always the way? I’m very pleased with the quality of construction and the heavy duty nature of the cord. Also like the fact that it was available with a purple wrap. I like this straight cable so much that I took advantage of a 20% fourth discount and purchased a red retro Coley cable. I was a fan of the old whirlwind coil cables when they were available when the 70s and once that company went out of business, I could never find another that seemed heavy duty enough. I used the coil cable today and it was perfect for the job. Kept the cable out from under foot. There was no reduction and sound quality at all. I also have to say that I was impressed with the customer service and personalization angle from rattlesnake. As you're ordering my first cable, I immediately got a thank you from Hank and then a follow-up email when the cable construction was started. The next day I was extremely surprised to find a video, personalized for me by Hank, thanking him for the purchase. This is the kind of quality and attention to detail and customer service that you don’t find. I very pleased with these cables and highly recommend them.

Testimonial:

I received 3 Rattlesnake guitar cables today. They arrived 48 hours after I placed my order. All 3 were 15 foot cables. 1- Snakehead and 2- standard cables. The quality is amazing and they were packed very well, each cable in its own swag bag. Hank even sent me a thank you video. No company has ever done that before. These cables have a lifetime warranty, made in USA and I love the colors. I got Red, Blue and the Ultra Violet. Outstanding customer service !! What's not to love ? 5 STARS ! Thank you Hank and the RS crew.

Testimonial:

This was my first order from Rattlesnake Cable Company - a limited edition Snake Head cable with the ultraviolet weave. I could not be more pleased. The attention to detail in the packaging, the build quality, and the sound quality are second-to-none. I'm planning on replacing all of my instrument and speaker cables with Rattlesnake cables.

Thoughts about our Service:

Having never ordered anything from RCC before, I was extremely surprised to receive a personal video message from Hank, the Rattlesnake Cable Company founder, saying my order was first up in the queue that day and they'd have it out to me shortly. No other company I've interacted with has done this sort of thing.
