Testimonial:

I'm not an experienced electric guitar player but the first time I replaced my Fender guitar cable with a Rattlesnake I could tell the difference. I don't really have the ability to explain it I just knew it sounded better. I immediately contacted Hank and was able to arrange an on-site pickup of that cable. He was very quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I am incredibly happy with both the product and the incredible customer service I received.

Testimonial:

I'm a bedroom player. Strat through a 65 DRRI. Bought these on a whim. Not sorry. I was using Planet Waves but they started failing and just didn't seem to have a good tone of years ago. The Rattlesnake cables seem to give my a little fuller tone. I've bought 4. Happy I did.

Testimonial:

I can’t speak highly enough about my Rattlesnake snake head cables with neutrik ends. Easy to order custom lengths and colors and the quality of the product is better than most of the other high end cables I’ve paid twice as much for. Love the product is made in the US and that as soon as you order you get a notification when they start building and when they ship. The bags the cables come in are great for storing the cables/pick tins in your guitar case.

Testimonial:

Found rattlesnake cable company 2 years ago. I bought 2 cables to start. I was so overjoyed with the sound quality and the tough cable design that I bought patch cables for all of my pedals on my pedal board. I then bought their ABY box when they came out and it is built just as well as the cables. I cannot recommend this company enough! If you want a cable that will work for you for years to come buy these!

Thoughts about our Service:

Don't know because their items don't break that often. But what I can say is hank has taken great care of me over the past few years. Amy time I have questions about the products or want to get another cable he has always taken the time to explain or help me purchase what I need! So far if thats the customer service I get then I'm very satisfied!

Testimonial:

All I can say is WOW!! Best customer service around! Hank sent me a personal thank you video! I first ordered a patch cable to go between a couple of pedals. It was so good I ordered another patch cable and a snake head cable. I don’t buy cheap gear. I had some fulltone cables already. They were nice but the snake head cables were noticeably better! Far more open and airy tone. Not colored at all. Just full frequency response. I’m going to order another cable to go from my pedal board to my amp and a speaker cable. I’m seriously impressed! Customer for life!! Thanks Hank and crew!!!
