First off Rattlesnake Cables are the best cables that I have used in my 35+ years playing guitar and bass. I have used the big name brands and I have made my own cables. I recently started going to a different church and was asked to join the worship team as they needed a new bass player. I plugged into their bass rig and noticed that the cable I was plugging in had a rattlesnake weave on it. THANK THE MAKER! Something different! I asked the worship leader about the cable and he said it was a Rattlesnake cable. I said , "duh, I can see that" he said, "no that's the name of the company too." I immediately looked it up and sure enough, I discovered Rattlesnake Cable Company. I read up on the company and found that it's a "small" US based company. It took a couple of months before I made my first purchase. I am stoked about my 15' Sidewinder Snake head cable. I am also stoked about the personal thank you video from Hank. That was a first for me. The packaging for my cable was some of the coolest and best looking packaging I have seen in a very long time. I will be referring my musician friends Rattlesnake Cable Company, for sure. I will be purchasing many more R.C.C. cables in the near future! Keep up the Radness!

Thoughts about our Service:

I have experienced the best customer service at R.C.C. The ease of ordering, the communication of the purchase, the cable being made, and the shipping was awesome. Oh, let's not forget the personal thank you video from Hank. That was pure radness. Some people may think "oh that's cool," but for me, that was huge. That goes above and beyond the call of duty. A customer service rating of 10 in my book.

In a word, wow ???? I’ve had and looked at too many cables over the years but all seemed to be pretty much the same. I saw a promotion online and logged on to check things out, I ordered a cable that day and received it within a couple of days. Opening the box - produced a work of art as cables go , beautiful and very well constructed. These guys are serious about making great cables and I know the next cable I buy will be from Rattlesnake…

Thoughts about our Service:

I had to call to clarify a few things and everything was top notch . Again they impress. Won’t be long before G.C. and Sweetwater start selling this product, ????

A 20 foot guitar cable , with the snake head and right angle fitting to route through my strap.
If you do wrap your cables I strongly recommend the snake head, great design and done well.

As a working pro bass player, when a cable goes out, that's bad news. Luckily didn't happen on a gig. My old set has been in need of replacement. I had heard great reviews about Rattlesnake cables and decided now was the time to try it out. I only ordered one at the time and regret not getting a pair to start. These cables are superior to my Monster Cables and will be making a switch 100%. Sound through my rig is clean, articulate and no tone sucking going on. Can't stress enough how happy I am with my purchase.

Thoughts about our Service:

This is the part that made me initially happy with my purchase. Prior to receiving my cable, I not only got confirmation and a thank you for my purchase, I was sent a video, personally thanking me for my purchase. Made in America. Turn around time was fast, shipping was quick. Presentation amazing! Out of the box a stellar and solidly built investment. WORTH IT! Thank you for great service and a fantastic product!

Superior quality cables for a very fair price! With a nearly endless supply of options at your disposal, why not support a small business that does things the right way? Rattlesnake Cable Company offers a high level of customer service, and that reflects on how they craft their products. In today's world, customer service MATTERS and is a difference maker. My order was processed & shipped quickly and I could not be happier with the products I received. Of course, upon seeing my Rattlesnake Cables, my wife decided she thinks she needs some as well , so it looks like I'll be ordering again soon! Thanks for a great product!

Thoughts about our Service:

The customer service I received with my order was exemplary. I was emailed a thank you video that was customized to my specific order, so I know it wasn't just generic message sent to everyone. In less than a week, I placed my order and had it delivered halfway across the country. Inside the package was a handwritten note on a complimentary Rattlesnake Cable Company notepad. This is sales and marketing done right and it is all supported by great products, exactly how a business wins. I'm very happy to spread the word about the products and service from Rattlesnake Cable Company. They've certainly earned my future business!

Easily the best cable I have ever purchased and played through. I never thought a high quality cable would make such a difference. Now my rig is completely noise free with all the perfect tonal frequencies coming through. I plan on making my whole board and amp Rattlesnake Cable equipped!

Testimonial:

I could write a paragraph on customer service alone, but that doesn't tell you much anything the cables. I compared them clean to my Mogami cables. Rattlesnake cables provide more pure tone and greater response across the entire spectrum. I won't be changing back. Rattlesnake has a new customer for sure. I'm going to order the xlr's next. Made in the USA is big selling point too.

Thoughts about our Service:

Outside of the personal video and handwritten note? Plus I have a feeling if there was an issue, I wouldn't have any problem with these folks.. Class A.

What was purchased:

I play some vintage basses, so I went ahead and got the Snake Head and a Standard to run off my board. Snake Head is pretty ingenious.

What Robert E. Said...

Testimonial:

I have always viewed cables as an over-hyped part of the industry. A cable works or it doesn't and any medium priced cable should be fine was my philosophy as well as building my own with Mogami cable. This time I tried the Rattlesnack instrument cable because I was looking for a bomb-proof cable for stage use that wouldn't tangle up or go dead when somebody steps on it. What I received was indeed bomb-proof, tangle proof, and quite surprisingly, made my tone a little punchier and the bass response smoother than my Mogami or other mid-priced cables in my arsenal. I was impressed and ordered more. These really are an upgraded cable that feels and drapes like a good hemp lasso...not to mention attractive. Well done.

STUNNED would be the word that I would use. I have been a music road warrior for over forty-five years, and I have never been stunned by a cable purchase. In fact, I usually made my own cables up until recently. But imagine if you had at your disposal the absolute VERY best components, BETTER than what you would normally use; cable, sleeving, plugs, and then the cable was magically made for you. That is what Hank does. The shipping was VERY fast, and the packaging was five star. The man takes pride in his product, and that means something to me. I am already trying to think, "Who can I buy a cable for and give it to them," JUST so they can see one of these. Great job. MADE IN THE USA.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

I have NEVER had better customer service than this.

---

What was purchased:

I ordered two guitar cables, both with the special "Telecaster" right angle plug on one end. I think they were called "snake heads."
