I received a notification that the order was received. One hour after that, the emailed me to let me know the build was started, and less than an hour after that I received a shipping number. All of this was on a Friday afternoon! And then to top that off, the owner of the company sent a personalized video to thank me for the purchase. Simply put, no one does this sort of thing anymore.

It's hard to beat their customer service. I ordered the cables on a Friday. They were built and shipped the following day. I received them two days later. That's pretty fast. Hank also took the time to send a personal video with his thanks for the purchase.
