I received a notification that the order was received. One hour after that, the emailed me to let me know the build was started, and less than an hour after that I received a shipping number. All of this was on a Friday afternoon! And then to top that off, the owner of the company sent a personalized video to thank me for the purchase. Simply put, no one does this sort of thing anymore.
