Fastest cable builder in the US of A!! Ordered Monday, got emails to let me know the build started then shipped also Monday! Shipped from Montana on Monday in Southern California Thursday. Great quality product! Saved our ass on Saturday night. Wireless went out mid-song. Pull out the Rattlesnake cable plugged in, and the song is saved! Thank you Hank, for being so efficient in your business!

Thoughts about our Service:

Hank sent me a personal video thanking me for my business. But I have to say. The great customer service is in rattlesnake cable company, taking my order and fulfilling it in the fastest possible way. It was honestly like I walked into a store and told Hank to make me two cables. And it's done. Thank you, Hank!

Thoughts about our Service:

Customer service was excellent. I changed my mind last minute on the angle of the connector and they were able to make that change for me. Great follow up to make sure that I was happy with the product. All around professional and personalized experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Testimonial:

I am a gigging musician (though less the older I get) playing keyboards, bass, and guitar. I also have a home studio and a separate teaching studio. I've gone through tons of cables over the years. I started with one Rattlesnake, then got hooked. They are made to last, and I like different weaves for color coding and easily grab the right size/type cable.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

Some of the best customer service I have experienced. Quick response and shipping times. Dedicated to their work.

What was purchased:

My favorite length for studio and small venues is 12', and I have those made custom. The snake heads are perfect with an angled plug on one end, and look great with my '59 P-Bass! I have a 20-footer that reaches my couch from across the room for practicing guitar in lazier times. I also have shorter XLRs for recording. See pics.

Testimonial:

I bought my first Rattlesnake Cable years and years ago, but they last so long and stand up to gigs and practices so well, it was a long time before I had to buy a couple more. Then it was more years in between. So I just bought a few more and here's the thing: The cables are incredible. The quality almost seems like magic. The customer service is on a level that will make you wonder if you've walked into a movie scene. Literally, the best experience buying music gear I've ever had and I've been playing since the late 1980s. You'll never need another cable when you've bought a Rattlesnake.

Thoughts about our Service:

Top drawer from start to finish.

What was purchased:

Snake Head 20' angle to straight and Standard 20' and 15' angle to straight this time, with gold Neutrik plugs.

Sorry - the only pic I have right now is of my Temple Board case, where the Rattlesnake logo is proudly displayed - pics of the cables in action may be taken later ;)

Testimonial:

Honestly, I sort of stumbled across this company initially. I was in need of a new cable, and something about this brand caught my eye. I think the overall passion these guys have for the craft of cable-making is what truly drew me in. I pulled the trigger and had them custom-make me a 15' white on white with snake head. Within days of placing my order, I got a notification of shipment (which is insanely fast for custom-made anything). This thing gets delivered, and simply opening the box is a real treat. I almost felt like I was opening a new iPhone, to be honest. I pull the cable out, and immediately I can tell this is absolutely the best feeling cable that I have ever laid my hands on. The quality of components, craftsmanship, and attention to detail is next level. After my first time using it live, I can tell I’ll be a lifetime fan and user. My tone was everything I hoped for with absolutely no "tone suck," and I received countless compliments on how awesome it looked. I really can’t recommend these guys enough. If you want top-notch customer service, extreme quality/craftsmanship, and an amazing-looking product, you simply can’t go wrong here.

Testimonial:

I’m very much pleased with my new rattlesnake cable! It appears to be indestructible and is just what I was hoping it would be. I am sure my bandmates will be ordering their own soon. My son works for Chris Fleming Guitars here in Prescott, and I suggested that perhaps they would like to be a local outlet for your fine products. I think a fine handmade guitar should have fine handmade cables.

Thoughts about our Service:

I placed my order online, so didn’t really have a customer experience other than that, at present.

---

What was purchased:

I ordered and received a 15' Snake Head with a right angle guitar end and a straight amp end - just what I need.

Testimonial:

If you're anything like me, cables can often be one of the easily forgotten about parts of your guitar rig. They often seem like the least exciting parts of gear to buy, but without them, you can't do anything! Trust me - you owe it to yourself to get some from Rattlesnake because these are without a doubt the best cables I've ever owned. They're sturdy, super heavy-duty, and they look cool as hell. Can't ask for more!

---

Thoughts about our Service:

Customer service was above and beyond. Fortunately, I didn't have any issues with my order so I never needed to follow up, but Hank and his team were there for me with questions before buying and even sent a custom video thanking me for my purchase! Wow. Just insane attention to detail. It makes me want to order from them again.

What Austin W. Said...

Testimonial:

These cables are the best I've ever used. I use a lot of really high-end guitar cables and found these are just made better than anything else I've ever used. Top of the top shelf quality. The wrapping is exactly like I hoped it would be. It helps keep the cables in good condition and also makes it slide nicely and not get hung up on stuff. It also helps keep the cables straight without kinks when rolling them up. I really can't say enough good about these. I was blown away. Just order anything from them you are considering. You will definitely be happy with your purchase. The quality is top tier even with the unboxing experience. I really love the old-west-style cable bags.

Thoughts about our Service:

I placed my order and was notified my cables were being made pretty much immediately. They shipped out that same day. I couldn't ask for better service or quality.
