And in the blink of an eye my order was at the front door. The quality of the product is only surpassed by the customer service. And the quality is exceptional....love my ‘snakes!

Testimonial:

I made my first purchase of a snake head cable a couple of years ago, with COVID situation dates are sometimes wrong, but anyway. I was immediately impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. My hearing has taken a beating over the years but there was a crispness and pure sound that all combinations of my guitars and amps seem to get using the Rattlesnake cable. I’ll admit my previous cables were old, cheap, coming apart and had not been something that I paid much attention. My mistake. Well I have numerous Rattlesnake cables now, regular, snake heads, double straight plugs, angled and straight, amp head to cabinet cables and patch cables. They make great gifts and have very cool packaging.

Thoughts about our Service:

Very fast service, great packaging. love the bag, red Velcro keeper, note paper with personal note (hey these folks care) & of course stickers! I really feel that, if needed I could call you up with a question, request or problem and get an immediate answer, probably speak with Hank, thanks again

Testimonial:

STATE-OF-THE-ART ... I opened the box and was just amazed at the quality of parts and build. Nothing short of phenomenal! I swear I get a touch more open high end from this cable as well compared to my old (and VERY good ) cable which I will no longer be using. ... and aesthetically just way cool with that rattle snakes weave.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

Top notch service. Excellent communication, updates and same day build to ship time. Wow!

Best cable ever, and I used to make my own. The snake head is genius, and you can even hear a slight difference over my back up pro co cable on a 10 foot cable length.

Testimonial:

It's no contest. Hands down the best cables I've ever used. I've got five of them and have given a couple more away as gifts to people I know who put their gear through the paces. I keep a couple at home and a few in my band's studio. The signal is cleaner and louder than any other cable I've used. The cable itself is essentially indestructible. Plus, I like supporting a small company from Montana who makes a great product and delivers personal service.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

Excellent....Hank delivers personal service and it's clear he really appreciates the business.

---

What was purchased:

In all, I've purchased seven snake head cables. Four are 20ft. with straight ends on both sides of the cable, one is 10ft. with straight ends and two are 20ft. with a right angle plug for the instrument.

Testimonial:

I bought my first Rattlenake cable about 5 years ago, and it severed me so well that I have exclusively used them since. I probably have a dozen different cables by now, and I just love them. Obviously, they do what they’re intended to do—carry the audio signal from your guitar to your amp. But they are also tough as nails. I’ve never had a single issue, and I recommend them to everyone. Plus, Hank and company have great customer service.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

Superior products with unmatched service! Rattlesnake is, and will remain my "go to" cable supplier.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

Outstanding products. Communication is always prompt. Custom requests are processed and shipped quicker than other suppliers turn off the shelf products. With dozens of cables purchased, I have never had a problem with product quality, transaction ease, nor shipping speed. My business with Hank has been flawless!
