I could NOT have been more surprised upon receiving them. I received exactly what I wanted. I actually talked to Hank "The Cable Man" to let him know specifically what I wanted when I ordered. My customer experience with Rattlesnake Cable Company was exceptional. The plug cover on snake head end of one of my cables started to become loose so I emailed Hank to ask about how I might fix it. Hank asked me to ship the cable back so he could check it out. Hank told me the connection was starting to fail so he offered to replace it with a new cable. I requested that an additional five feet be added to the cable length. Hank told me no problem and sent me back a new cable free of charge. Rattlesnake stands by their product and I honestly think one cannot go wrong by giving their cables a try.
