Gabe W. - As a solo singer/songwriter type, nothing will derail a show quicker than equipment failure. A cable that performs fine during soundcheck only to go belly up two songs in is the most traitorous thing there is. Oof. I’ve tried every cable available from the corner store to the internet superstores. None have performed as well while surviving the rigors of being wrapped and stashed in a bag like my Rattlesnake. Thanks, Hank, for building a cable...

Ram M. - There has much discussion on whether cables make that big of a difference to the sound. I play with "doubters", in fact, at times. There is NO DOUBT that Rattlesnake Cables make a huge difference in the entire sound spectrum of my instrument. The lows, as I play bass, are so clean and tight and beautiful, that I would be reluctant to go up the neck, but the highs are so crystal and percussive, unlike any cable I have played, that the entire...

Dylan S. - I was going through regular guitar cables in about 2 months. It was terrible. My buddy from the band Gholas suggested Rattlesnake. I bought my first set about two years ago (two 20'), and they not only still hold up today, but they cleaned my tone up incredibly. They are strong, durable, and a key piece to my sound. Since then I have bought a pair of 10' cables and am currently working on rigging my pedal board with Rattlesnake patch cables. With...

Austin G. - In sum, I am grateful for these high quality cable options--your flex patches and coiled cables have helped me seriously clean up my pedalboard with respect to signal-to-noise ratio. Moreover, because these cables add essentially zero noise (especially important for the longer guitar to amp/efx pedals), I can also use them to troubleshoot pedal board organization and to find noisy pedals. I do have a couple issues. The first being somewhat minor:...

Tyler R. - When I converted the entire, signal chain of my guitar, ('54 epiphone, devon, played through '65 bandmaster), to Rattlesnake cables, I had to turn down! I not shitting you. The signal, was so much more efficient, I needed to bump down a bit. Plus, with the shielding on the cable, can handle all the abuse a gigging musician can throw at it. Beer - cowboy boot, heels - carelessly coiling it up, drunk, at 2 a.m. They're great! And they look great...

Ed R. - I bought my first Rattlesnake Cable on a whim. All of my run of the mill cables would break and wear out pretty quick. I now also have to say that most of them sounded bad. Plugging my first Rattlesnake straight into an amp was an eye opener. I have since replaced pretty pretty much ever cable I have. Not one them has let out so much as a crackle. They are bulletproof and look cool as hell. Looking cool is important. Admit it. All of mine are...

Dave B. - I first pulled the trigger on a Rattlesnake about a year ago. It was pricey for a cable, but when you're gigging often, breaking down and setting up rigs 2, 3 and sometimes 4 times a week, it tends to be really hard on them. Not only was it built like tank, but the sound of it was noticably clearer than the old cable I had been using. So, I bought cables for my bandmates for Christmas, and then got some patch cables for my pedal board and another...

Erik H. - Rattlesnake Cables are the real deal!! Lovingly handmade, family owned, and made in the USA. When I swapped out my pedal board cables for the flex patches, I noticed a clearer brighter signal and no longer require buffering with my current set up. My instrument cables have held up nicely over the years, staying clean and untangled. Great products! One day, I hope to buy Rattlesnake Cables for my classroom instruments so that my students my have...

Robert C. - I think my first purchase was 5 years ago. I have been performing professionally for 53 years. Working 4 - 6 gigs per week puts a toll on equipment, especially cables. It usually didn't matter how much I spent, cables would barely last 6 months. Companies wouldn't backup their product claiming abuse. Then I took a chance on Rattlesnake. I purchased a 15 foot snake head dirty tweed. The first thing I noticed was how clear the tone was! I then...

1 snake head instrument cable, 2 regular instrument cables. 2 speaker cables.

I’ve tried every cable available from the corner store to the internet superstores. None have performed as well while surviving the rigors of being wrapped and stashed in a bag like my Rattlesnake. Thanks, Hank, for building a cable that actually lives up to the hype!

Thoughts about our Service:

Excellent! Any and all correspondence was answered quickly and honestly.

What was purchased:

10' snake head straight neutrik to straight neutrik instrument cable

The lows, as I play bass, are so clean and tight and beautiful, that I would be reluctant to go up the neck, but the highs are so crystal and percussive, unlike any cable I have played, that the entire instrument has a new life! I am definitely looking forward to getting speaker cables. I'd be crazy not to!

Thoughts about our Service:

Very friendly and very knowledgeable.

What was purchased:

So far, I have only purchased an instrument cable with the snake head.

With a lifetime warranty and knowing that my money is helping Hank put more of these babies in the hands of others, there is no need to buy from anyone else!

Thoughts about our Service:

Super fast communication and shipping. Totally responsive to questions and custom orders.

What was purchased:

Flex patch cables and Snakehead cables

What Austin G. Said...

Testimonial:

In sum, I am grateful for these high quality cable options--your flex patches and coiled cables have helped me seriously clean up my pedalboard with respect to signal-to-noise ratio. Moreover, because these cables add essentially zero noise (especially important for the longer guitar to amp/efx pedals), I can also use them to troubleshoot pedal board organization and to find noisy pedals. I do have a couple issues. The first being somewhat minor: I've nearly slipped on the abrasion resistant snake head weave. Due to the weave material (which contributes to the abrasion resistance I imagine), the cable is very slippery on wood flooring. The second issue being with the pancake flex cables--these simply do not work with stereo input/outputs. The connections are too wide. I understand that the other options exist. Unfortunately, none of these options fit through the slots in my pedal board. The latter not being much of an issue. Perhaps more specs regarding sizes would help.

Thoughts about our Service:

Brilliant! Hasty responses even on the weekend. All issues with purchasing (e.g. forgot to apply coupon and cart being deleted after logging off) were resolved promptly and to my satisfaction such that I am looking forward to continue shopping at RattleSnakeCables.

What was purchased:

Snake head abrasion resistant cable. Pedal steel cable (I use it as a longer cable to return to my Swiss Things pedal--works great). Flex patch cables. Pro patch cable.

Thoughts about our Service:

excellent

What was purchased:

10' and 15' instrument cables with the snakehead end. Speaker cabinet cable. And short, patch.

Thoughts about our Service:

Excellent. My packages usually get here in two or three days. The packaging os great and I use the note pads to make grocery lists ever week.

What was purchased:

15 and 20 foot Standards and Snake Heads, Flex Patches of assorted sizes, and speaker cables. Also a hat.

Hank took the cable and, not only repaired the weave, but upgraded the plugs! Five years later, and both cables are still going strong, gig after gig.

Thoughts about our Service:

Incredible!
