In an era marked by disappointing service, an influx of cheap products, and a labyrinth of phone prompts, a few American companies still manage to deliver quality products with excellent customer service. Rattlesnake Cables is a prime example of "How It's Done." From the moment I interacted with them, I was impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their products are not only top-notch in quality but also embody a level of craftsmanship that is increasingly rare today. Each cable is meticulously crafted, ensuring durability and performance that surpasses expectations. In a market flooded with subpar options, Rattlesnake Cables stands out as a beacon of reliability and excellence. They have set a high standard for what a customer-centric company should be, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of quality cables and outstanding service.

Testimonial:

I recently received my first Rattlesnake cables. I'm floored at the difference! I own other "high-end" cables, but I'm noticing an improvement from even those. The tone is not only more clear and detailed, but also more robust. Also, the physical cable build is top-notch. Even the one I ordered without the wrap seems to be ultra-durable, but it's also plenty flexible. The wrapped one is a beast, and should withstand years of regular stage use. I also ordered the 4x4 patch box (something I wouldn't have thought of). This will help simplify routing for a 7 cable method integration. I might just getting a 2nd one in the near future. Everything arrived incredibly quickly, packed well, and all for a hard-to-beat price. Definitely will be back because I would like to upgrade all the patch, 1/4" balanced, and XLR cables in my rig. So far at least, I can highly recommend. Thank you very much!

I don’t even know where to begin. I usually never fill these out, but wow! I can’t say even great things about this cable! Just started getting back into playing bass. The quality and customer service is 10/10. I don’t need another cable, but almost want to buy to experience the customer service and the happiness I received when it arrived. You will not be disappointed. I wish I would have got one sooner.

Thoughts about our Service:

Literally over the top! Incredible. From the quick video, to the hand written note on the note pad. That takes time, and means a lot to me that you take the time to do that.

Testimonial:

I have never been one to rave over things like guitar cables. I always just used a decent mid grade cable that just did the job but My goodness, Rattlesnake Cable Company These are by far the best sounding cables I've ever heard. And the build quality is amazing. I feel pretty confident this will be the last cable brand I''ll ever use. Another great thing is that everything is all handmade in the USA...Unreal. Even the wire is made here in the states. You just don't see that in the industry much.

Thoughts about our Service:

I haven't had to contact customer service but I can say that I really do appreciate the way things are packed. The little notes that come with the cables from the team at rattlesnake and even the personal message sent from Hank himself. A great company all around people should try to model their companies as well as rattlesnake has done

Testimonial:

These are the best made cables on the market hands down. They sound great, are road worthy with a build quality over the top. They coil easily and have stood the rest of time. I now have most of my acoustic and electric guitar rigs finally wired with Rattlesnake cable. Even the name sounds cool. This is THE go to company for me.

Thoughts about our Service:

Amazing. Quick response and turn times. Excellent packaging. Especially when it comes in one of the cable sacks. I think they sell them extra if requested.

Testimonial:

Cables are top tier, customer service is top tier, Rattlesnake is top tier! Once I felt the cables I knew I'd purchased something of extremely high quality. They are solid yet flexible and once I replaced all of my pedalboard/instrument cables with these the hiss from my amp was cut in half. I would trust these cables at a gig or in my studio any day of the week. I don't think I'll be buying any other brand cables from now on since Rattlesnake has every type of cable and connector you could need.

Thoughts about our Service:

I've never purchased from a company with such good customer service. The time Hank & Team take to personalize your experience and check in with you before and after delivery is second to none. Rattlesnake truly makes you feel like a valued customer and it's clear that they care about their products and your satisfaction.

Testimonial:

Best cables I've ever purchased. Best customer service I've ever experienced. It's been a little while since I received the cables I ordered. I wanted to use them for a while before leaving a review. I really don't think I'll ever switch to a different brand after using Rattlesnake cables. These are great. During my order, I clicked the wrong button and ordered the wrong thing. I realized it when I received the email confirmation . One phone call and everything was made right. I'll recommend this company to anyone.
