The little notes that come with the cables from the team at rattlesnake and even the personal message sent from Hank himself. A great company all around people should try to model their companies as well as rattlesnake has done

Cables are top tier, customer service is top tier, Rattlesnake is top tier! Once I felt the cables I knew I'd purchased something of extremely high quality.
