I have been playing for over 30 years and have tried many cables that always claim they are the best in the market only to be disappointed, well I finally found cables that live up to their claim of being the best. From this point forward I will only be buying Rattlesnake cables, do yourself a favor and try these cables you will not be sorry!

Thoughts about our Service:

Customer service is second to none, I have ordered custom cables in the past from other cable manufactures and they took months to receive them with no reply every time I tried to check on them! When I placed my order Hank, and the team contacted me instantly and stayed in touch till I received my cables in just days not months without contact. It is hard to find a company with this kind of service today!!!

Didn't need any but based on the order to ship time I'd say it's probably equally stellar.

I was a Mogomi Gold user for ever-until now. I placed my order, and in 3 hours, my order was custom made, packaged, and in the mail? AND, I received a personal video thanking me for my order?! Who does that? Rattlesnake, that's who! Rattlesnake will now be my go to from here on out. Thank you to Hank and the crew!

Rattlesnake cables really knock it out of the park. I’d recommend these cables to anybody in need of a quality guitar cable. Quality cables made to last forever! This is the 2nd one I’ve bought, I unfortunately lost my first somewhere, or someone swiped it.

It is not very often that you are completely blown away by both a product and customer service. I purchased my cables in Nov of ‘24. After the cables arrived, I received the customary "please let us know how we are doing" survey. Normally, I intensely dislike taking the time to fill these out, but, after my experience here, I almost feel obligated to in the best way possible. I wanted to try the cables first before submitting any testimonial. I have been a Monster cable user for over 20 years. The other guitar player in my band mentioned these cables to me after I was having issues with a couple in my rig. He was impressed with both the quality and service. I thought "let's gives these a shot". Not an easy decision after the reliability of my exiting cables after 20 some years. I was first struck by the packaging. The Rattlesnake team understands they are selling a premium product for a competitive price. Who puts each individual cable in a wonderfully designed bag that isn't plastic? Isn't that overkill? Rattlesnake does! The cables themselves are absolutely terrific! High quality connectors and great protective wraps. They are thicker than most cables I normally use. Perfect for getting stomped on and ran over by sound guys with heavy carts. I ordered one of the cables to have the rubber sheath to be ran up the cable about 2 feet. This protects the guitar finish if you like wrap your cable over the strap lock. Love it!

Thoughts about our Service:

The customer experience was second to none. Received a personal video message from Hank thanking me on the order! Never expected that at all. Quite a nice touch! You would have that I was purchasing a high end vehicle. I imagine that will be difficult to maintain as the company grows. This will be a great problem to have. Everything was delivered as promised and the communication from the company has been outstanding. You can tell they genuinely have pride in their company and products. Thank you Rattlesnake for all the good work you do!

Testimonial:

I recently purchased a TRS dual mono splitter and snake head cable for use with my Rickenbacker 4003. Prior to the purchase I had rigged up a "Frankenstein" series of cables, connectors, etc. so I could run in stereo. The Rattlesnake product is much cleaner (one cable instead of two plus the menagerie of connectors I had rigged up) and more quiet. The products arrived on time and performed exactly as advertised. Very happy with the purchase!

Thoughts about our Service:
