I bought a couple of boxes for my Rickenbacker 360 to enable the "Rick-o-sound" and I'm very well pleased with the customer service, and all aspects of the transaction! The stereo splitter box came with a Rattlesnake cable I ordered the actual rattlesnake pattern) which looks cool and sounds awesome! Now my cords don't match and I'll have to order more here in the near future when my budget allows. Thanks to Hank and his team of "snake handlers" that together such a great product!

Thoughts about our Service:

Rattlesnake Cable Company customer service is phenomenal. Rattlesnake guarantees 100% satisfaction with their products, and they will take care of you if you have any issues. For the longest time, I lost so much faith in companies due to crummy customer service. Rattlesnake Cable Company reassured to me that excellent customer service is still valued and that customer satisfaction is a priority. A big "shout out" to Hank and the Rattlesnake Cable Company team for always helping me out!

What was purchased:

I have purchased several Rattlesnake Cable Company products throughout the years. My entire rig consists of several Speaker Cables, Instrument Cables (from my guitar into pedalboard in front of my amp), as well Instrument Cables into the send and return cables to my modulated effects (Fuchs ODS 100 amp). In addition, my pedal board uses all Rattlesnake Flex Cables. My signal is quiet and clear. Rattlesnake cables eliminated all of the unnecessary "hiss" that many other cables seem to retain.

I have been gigging with these cables for over 2 years and they have held up extremely well compared to others. I can also hear a difference in tone when doing a side by side comparison. I love mine and will definitely be buying more!

The Snake Head Instrument Cables with right-angle connectors have been a perfect fit for us on stage. As guitarists who move around while performing, we need cables that are dependable, quiet, and built to handle real live use. These cables feel strong and road-ready, with a clean, noise-free signal, but they are still flexible enough to loop around a guitar strap and stay comfortably out of the way during a set.Rattlesnake Cable Company makes the kind of gear working musicians can trust, and we are proud to have these cables with us on stage.

Thoughts about our Service:

Communication with the Rattlesnake team was prompt, friendly, and accommodating, helping us choose and order the right cables for our needs without any hassle or confusion.

I happened upon Rattlesnake Cables some years back. I try to buy things that are made ethically, so I am always scoping out boutique companies. What I have found with Rattlesnake is that the products are incredibly well-made, but still at a decent price point. When you consider the customizations ability, I would even say that these might be priced a little low. I think Hank and the team at Rattlesnake is doing something that other manufacturers are not. His products are great, and his attention to detail and value trickles all the way down to the packaging. All at a price point comparable or lower to many other custom cable manufacturers. Your dollar isn't going to some private equity organization led by spreadsheets. It's going to a real company run by real musicians with accesible administrators. They deserve your consideration.

SnakeHead vs. Mogami 20' SnakeHead red/black weave, looks great. Got it to replace the Mogami 18' I had going from guitar>board, mainly to complement all the other Rattlesnake cables in my rig, board>splitter>amps. The A/B was every telling, SnakeHead wins without even having to replug the Mogami, it's that obvious.

I had ordered a couple of the snake head TRS cables by mistake but once I noticed, I contacted customer service. Hank and his team went out of their way to correct the ordering mistake I had made. They exchanged the TRS Snake head cable with the correct snake head instrument cables. Once they arrived and had a chance to try them out, I decided to purchase the another instrument cable and patch cables to reconfigure my pedal board. I could not be happier with the choice I made.

Thoughts about our Service:
