Thoughts about our Service:

Customer service during ordering and shipping has probably been the best of any company I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t imagine any problem with the product but if there is I trust the service will be the same.

What was purchased:

I bought a 10’ Snake Head Sidewinder Weave instrument cable to check the company out. I will definitely be buying more of their products.

Testimonial:

I learned of Rattlesnake Cable Company from my local guitar maker and repair man Dan Roberts of Roberts Stringworks, and I must say these are excellently built. I was tired of going through my cable collection to find the dead ones that would appear regularly over time. Not only are these built to last, but I ordered some crazy colors (pink), so I know no one is running off with my cables at a gig again! Although they'll probably want to with how quality these cables are. Hank worked really quick on my order, and my cables were sent out to me the next day. Would highly recommend!

Thoughts about our Service:

Hank was great. Immediately started working on my order, on a Sunday no less. Not a guarantee, but the fact he sometimes does that sometimes is awesome. Received a thank you video and he checked in just to make sure I was satisfied with my order. Great guy all around!

What Scott T. Said...

Testimonial:

I’ve never had a guitar cable quite like the Snake Head cable I purchased from Rattlesnake. The quality is unreal. Even when unboxing the cable, there was no doubt this thing was different. But when I plugged it in for the first time, my Telecaster and my Deluxe Reverb sounded warmer and incredibly full, almost as if something had missing all these years, seriously.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

The service is incredible, which is why there will be more Rattlesnakes in my future. Hank is a great person who truly believes in his creations.

My new Rattlesnake guitar cables are fantastic - the build quality is tops, the sound quality is great, the aesthetics are awesome. Very happy. Trying to get my bandmates to ditch their unreliable SLAmazon specials and join me in Rattlesnake country.

What Ronald T. Said...

Testimonial:

These cables unmasked my basses truest voice. I was blown away with the clarity and low end punch the first time I plugged in with a rattlesnake cable. They even had sea foam green which matches my main MusicMan Bongo6 bass. Match made in heaven.

Testimonial:

I take good care of my cables and just got tired of them just failing or becoming intermittent with no apparent damage or misuse. Bought some Rattlesnake cables and no more problems. Have replaced all my cables now with Rattlesnake Cables. It's worth the money to know that they are always going to work.

Testimonial:

We've purchased quite a few cables over the years. These Rattlesnake cables are high quality and very reliable. We have XLR, TS, and headphone cables all over the studio. The durability of these cables is definitely a big plus with us. Every cable has worked perfectly and they also look great in the studio, too. I highly recommend Rattlesnake Cables.

What Moondog W. Said...

Testimonial:

I have only used these cables for a few days, but they are already my favorites. Love the "Snake Head" design (18" or so of rubber coated on end of cable that you loop through guitar strap). It will definitely save the finish on my Martin's and PRS's. Fantastic idea and well executed!! Neutrik connectors and shrunken boots covering the connections. What more could you ask for in a cable?

---

Thoughts about our Service:

I was floored by the great service I received. I placed the order one evening, the next morning I had a video message from Hank telling me that my order was first up to be built that day and that they appreciated the business. It was shipped that same day and arrived 2 days later. Awesome service and the quality seems to be top notch.

What was purchased:

What John M. Said...

Testimonial:

Rattlesnake cables are outstandingly rugged and reliable. Cables carry a musician's hard work, thoughts, and expressions. They have to be solid. Time and time again, I have other cables fail and when they do, we replace them with Rattlesnakes. They have never failed me or my bandmates - not once.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

I've never needed customer service, but the notes and little things (e.g. picks) included in the orders complete the whole ordering experience nicely. Thanks!

---

What was purchased:

I've bought a custom snakehead guitar cables and various patch cables. However, our band uses several more Rattlesnake guitar cables and XLR cables. We love them!
