Reviews - Snake Head Rattlesnake Cable - Page 52.

Testimonial:

This cable is all quality! I have been using it for a couple of weeks now, and am continually impressed. The weave has a great feel that easily slides over any surface, and resists knotting itself up which is great because I move around a lot when I play. I expect any cable at this price point to be great, and I was not disappointed, but what surprised me was the service! I placed the order, and within 24 hours I had a video message from Hank letting me know that it was ready to go and welcoming me to the Rattlesnake Family (it was my first purchase)! Honestly, I doubt I'll be buying cables from anywhere else going forward.

Easily the best service I have gotten from ordering anything online in the last decade, and that includes my purchases from Sweetwater which also has great service!

Testimonial:

I purchased the 10 ft. blue Snakes Head cable about two weeks ago and am very pleased with my purchase. The quality of the cable is top notch and the quality of craftsmanship is fantastic. Hank was in touch with me from the very beginning of the process and provided updates and a video that was personalized to me. Overall, I would and have recommended Rattlesnake cables to several of my friends and will definitely be buying additional cables in the future. Color choices are great and the option of white or black plug covers is a nice touch. Thank you Hank and Rattlesnake for making such an awesome product.

Thoughts about our Service:

Hank was on top of the customer service piece from the start. I found it to be a nice touch to get an email acknowledgement of my order, an email with a status update and a customized video which I thought was cool. I appreciate this level of customer service and you rarely see this anymore. Based on this alone, I recommend these cables and buying experience to anyone who appreciates attention to detail and a high level of professionalism. Thanks again Hank!

I purchased the snake head 10 ft. blue weave cable with black plug covers. This is a great feature as I like to wrap my cable around my strap.

I ordered my first Rattlesnake cable a couple weeks ago. On delivery, I was so impressed with the materials and workmanship that I ordered another cable AND a speaker cable the next day. Quick delivery and awesome email contact from the build process through til they showed up at my door. It's easy to support businesses like Rattlesnake Cables!

I always go wireless when playing. But a couple weeks back my wireless starting freaking out on me. I have known @rattlesnakecables to make absolutely killer cables. So I finally pulled the trigger. This past weekends gig sounded monstrous. My bass was happy. I was happy.

What Aaron B. Said...

Testimonial:

Frustrated with low quality cables, I was suggested Rattlesnake by my brother, and wow, this is a great cable. Before I even plugged it in, the quality was apparent. The weaving is awesome, and I'm not at all concerned the plug will start to separate from the cable (probably my main issue with other cables). Plus, with the Snake Head, I have total peace of mind that my guitar's finish is safe from any possible, what I call, "cable rash" abrasion.

Thoughts about our Service:

Top notch customer service from my first visit to the website, through the unboxing of my new cable. I was able to chat on the website to instantly learn more and decide which cable was right for me. The founder, Hank, sent a personal "thank you" video, which was greatly appreciated, and the free swag items in the package were a cool touch.

What Greg E. Said...

Testimonial:

I've been playing guitar for over 45 years and have used pretty much every guitar cable made. I've never been more happy with a cable than what I've gotten from Rattlesnake Cables. The build quality is ridiculously over the top (that is a GOOD thing) and they are super quiet and I love the Snakehead feature. Finally a cable maker who "gets" what guitarists are wanting and needing. I expect my Rattlesnake cables to easily outlive me. The Best!
