When I received a personalized video thank you from Hank after my first order, I knew I would never buy another cable again! These are the best cables I’ve ever owned and I love being able to color code them. Rattlesnake Cable Company customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever witnessed! Thoughts about our Service:

A-mazing customer service. The chat feature on the website was great, I had immediate help available just like walking into a retail store. Super friendly, very accommodating. Even got an email with a video clip of a personalized thank you and order confirmation.

What was purchased:

I’ve got 15' snake head cables from my guitar to my board and out to each amp. Perfect length to move around and keep a strong signal. I also own a batch of custom patch cables that Hank made to order just for my pedal board.

Testimonial:

My second Rattlesnake should have been the one I ordered first............15ft Snake head in black. I have used jacketed cables in the past and found them to be rigid and unforgiving of a moving target. On a whim I bought Snake head and was pleasantly surprised to find it quite supple and not restricting at all. A quality build with quality components, producing a imminently durable cable. The exposed length of cable at the instrument end is a very good feature that works as advertised. My mistake was ordering a 10ft the first go round which proved to be too short........I'll pass it on to a good buddy.

Thoughts about our Service:

Very good. Admit to feeling a bit bombarded with marketing after the first purchase........but hey......got me to buy another one, huh.

Testimonial:

The quality of these cables is amazing! What you can't really tell from the pictures is how solid they feel when you are handling them or when you are putting them away. The addition of the woven sleeve is absolutely brilliant, especially when combined with the snake head finish, this makes the cables "feel" substantial and best of all, they coil back together beautifully, when not in use. The latter may sound trivial, but if you've ever looked down on a mess of badly coiled cables laying on the floor and thought to yourself, "what a mess!" Trust me, these cables are not only the best sounding, longest lasting, coolest looking, they will also do your OCD tendencies good!

Thoughts about our Service:

While I don't think Rattlesnake Cable Company invented high-performance customer service per say, they sure as heck took it to a whole new level! Seriously, this spunky 10-year-old company out of little ol Missoula Montana managed to melt my heart with great quality products and customer service that genuinely makes you feel happy about your investment and one that you just can't wait to tell your friends about.

Testimonial:

I have three of the Snake head cables as well as various merch and they are easily the clearest sounding and sturdiest cables I've ever used (and I'm old). Hank is an absolute pleasure to deal with and understands how to treat a customer like very few people in the world. Highly recommended!

Testimonial:

Firstly and most importantly, the cables are fantastic ! The build quality is top notch and I couldn't be happier using cables I don't have to give a second thought to. They also look pretty freakin' cool as well. I also purchased a mono to dual mono splitter. It's a little box, but it feels like a tank. Solid construction and feel. The packaging is like nothing I've ever seen. Beautifully done with obvious care. It was like a wee Christmas present in July, little goodies, protective cloth bags, info, personal note, etc. I don't think any company on earth takes this much care on a customer order. Who are these people? This was my first order with Rattlesnake and I'm already sold for life. Cheers to Hank and the team !

Thoughts about our Service:

Ok....so the customer service was off the charts. After receiving a phone call to clarify an issue on one of the cable connections, I then received a personal video from Hank, thanking me for my order. I love these guys. Such personal service and attention to detail AND a superior product makes me want to shout out from the rooftops. Best gear experience of my life and I've been at it for almost 50 years kids! Will always recommend Rattlesnake to my musical mates.

I am ecstatic! Arrived a day earlier than expected. The sound from these gives more depth, clarity, and range not found anywhere else. Already had Dirty Tweed I got for Christmas and have been using it exclusively. I couldn't believe what a difference a cable could make. Ordered 2 snake heads, one in red for guitars and Oxblood for bass. Thanks, Hank for the personal video. Makes me feel appreciated as a customer. Box full of goodies and notepad with personal thank you note. The best thing you will ever do for your guitar(s) and amps. Going to spend an afternoon of Sonic bliss????

I decided to endorse Rattlesnake because they use high-grade materials and won't make less than perfect cables. They are also appealing to the eye.
