Customer service was amazing. Got a personal video from the owner and a handwritten note on a company letterhead notepad. Plenty of follow up as well. I could probably say that if I had any problems with the cable, they would be fixed immediately.

The Rattlesnake cables being lower capacitance brought out a brighter more articulate tone with more nuanced sonic architecture I haven't picked up before. I play a Les Paul through a Mesa JP2C split with a Marshall Silver Jubilee and (2) 2X12 rectifier cabs with V30's. After a little tweaking I couldn't be happier with how everything is sounding. The tone is exactly where I wanted to be but didn't expect to find just changing cables. Rattlesnake really lets the guitar come through unfiltered allowing me to shape my tone at the amp. That stuff we read about cables making a difference is Very true. Build is excellent and the outer jacket colors look and feel fantastic. Highly recommended!

I didn't really believe that cables could make that much difference. But it sounds much better with these rattlesnake cables. I'm a customer for life. I also purchased a snake head guitar cable. Which I'm using for my electric and my acoustic rig. Just love the quality. Again I can't state enough how much it made a difference in my sound. Ten years ago I had one cable with a plastic connector that cracked after being carelessly dropped onto concrete surface many times. Rattlesnake immediately replaced it with an upgraded Neutrik metal connector, no charge. I'm fortunate (smart?) enough to live in Missoula, so I dropped by the shop recently and was given a complete tour by Hank himself. The staff was rockin' and upbeat, cranking out these quality cables like a bunch of elves in Santa's toy shop. We're lucky to have Rattlesnake as a part of our local economy, and our community!
