I bought a Rattlesnake cable a few years ago. I've used it on countless gigs. About six months ago, I snaped the male end plug of my cable off while inserted in the input of my amp. I emailed Rattlesnake and they told me to mail the cable in. They fixed my cable for free, and had it back to me within a week. Because of that interaction, when I need new cables I order them from Rattlesnake. Their customer service is tough to beat. And their cables are just wonderful.

Rickenbacker no longer manufactures the Rick O Sound box and the Y splitter cable option was cumbersome and clumsy. I’ve been buying equipment for years, but I’ve never had such a positive experience. The day after I placed my order on a Saturday, I received a personalized video thank you from the owner. My order arrived shortly and was professionally packaged. I really respect this company and intend to replace all my cables with Rattlesnakes going forward. First of all, I was fortunate enough to have won one of Rattlesnake’s giveaways! I got to choose my cable colors and connectors communicating directly with Hank. My cables came 2 days later and they are awesome! Much better quality than the cables I was using and the patch cables with the flat heads are great for my pedalboard. The packaging was better than anything I’ve ever seen. The cable bags are really nice and there was a notepad included with a congratulations note from the Rattlesnake Team! I’m still taking lessons and immediately told my guitar teacher about my experience and the quality of the cables in hopes that she give Rattlesnake Cables a try with her band. To further spread the word, I ordered the Merchandise Kit and a tee shirt. Again, everything was packaged very nicely and the products are great. As if that wasn’t enough, Hank sent me a video link personally thanking me for my purchase. Incredible customer service all the way around. There are a lot of companies out there that could certainly learn from the Rattlesnake Team.
