My customer experience with Rattlesnake Cable Company was exceptional. The plug cover on snake head end of one of my cables started to become loose so I emailed Hank to ask about how I might fix it. Hank asked me to ship the cable back so he could check it out. Hank told me the connection was starting to fail so he offered to replace it with a new cable. I requested that an additional five feet be added to the cable length. Hank told me no problem and sent me back a new cable free of charge. Rattlesnake stands by their product and I honestly think one cannot go wrong by giving their cables a try.
What was purchased:
I purchased two 15' snake head cable, two 15' standard cable, and one 2' standard cable, and one 4' speaker cable. All my mates have purchase Rattlesnake cables after seeing and playing through my cables.

I have since bought another cable to go from my pedalboard to my amp, and a speaker cable.
