I found Rattlesnake by searching the internet for a clear answer to the difference between speaker and instrument cables. Their article was clear and thorough; it gave me all the information I needed (as well as some I didn't know I needed). I then searched the usual suspects for a quality speaker cable with one straight and one right-angled side, but was drawn back to Rattlesnake within minutes. Convinced by their detailed product description, I put in an order for a custom speaker cable with my exact requirements. The Rattlesnake team sent me a personal video early the next morning in which they promised to get started on my cable immediately and send it out that day. They kept their promise, and I had cable in hand three days later. The cable was packaged nicely, including a cloth bag and hand written note. I should also mention that, after ordering, I realized that I hadn't entered the discount code I had. I quickly emailed the guys at Rattlesnake about this, and within minutes I had a reply offering a refund for the discounted amount. They work fast and have excellent customer service. The cable quality is superior to any other cable I've owned. It does its job perfectly, and feels rugged enough to last for decades and stand up to any abuse I throw at it. I'll be sticking with their cables from now on. Just gotta pick up a few instrument cables next.
