Testimonial:

As usual, an outstanding interaction with Rattlesnake Cables. Came to Hank with an oddball need for a custom cord that would access only one channel of a stereo output from my guitar. The cord worked perfectly from the first plug in. Highly, highly recommended.

Testimonial:

I <3 Rattlesnake Cables. I've drooled over bandmate's for a while and finally got my own, which I am over the moon about. They are such high quality, durable cables and made to wrap so perfectly. I am looking forward to having mine for a long time and it making my shows feel tangle and hassle free. Plus it is a really pretty ultraviolet color and looks super cool under stage lights. I ordered it on a weekday and they got it ready for me by the end of that weekend. It was so fast, I couldn't believe how quick the turn around was.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

Great customer service, they make the experience and cable tailored to you and work very swiftly. The turnaround was so fast. Besides, these cables are made by the sweetest, most genuinley-stoked-on-music kind of people who are involved musicians in their local scene, that makes the experience feel even more special to me. Great team, great company!

Testimonial:

My experience dealing with Rattlesnake Cables was better than I could've imagined. As someone from Montana, it's cool to see a local Montana company take pride in its work and go the extra mile. Hank, the owner, sent me a video the day after I ordered my cable, saying the guys were going to build it right away, and then it was on my doorstep a day or two later. The cable seems to be of the very highest quality, and I've used it playing both guitar and bass, and sounds great. When I'm in need of another cable, I definitely will be getting another from Rattlesnake Cables.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

I could ask for any more; the customer service was probably the best I've ever encountered.

Fastest cable builder in the US of A!! Ordered Monday, got emails to let me know the build started then shipped also Monday! Shipped from Montana on Monday in Southern California Thursday. Great quality product! Saved our ass on Saturday night. Wireless went out mid-song. Pull out the Rattlesnake cable plugged in, and the song is saved! Thank you Hank, for being so efficient in your business!

Thoughts about our Service:

Hank sent me a personal video thanking me for my business. But I have to say. The great customer service is in rattlesnake cable company, taking my order and fulfilling it in the fastest possible way. It was honestly like I walked into a store and told Hank to make me two cables. And it's done. Thank you, Hank!
