The entire buying experience was smooth. Light purple wasn't listed as an option, so I emailed to ask. Hank and the team told me that some light purple was available and sent me a link to order it. Shipping was fast and the cable arrived in a really nice cloth bag with some goodies.

Hank replied in a very diplomatic way about my inquiry. So, I sent an e-mail leaving my phone number, asking if he would leave me a text. I wanted to talk about the product and my guitars..etc. He called me that day, and I was not expecting that... So, I returned the call, and he took the time to answer my questions. Very cool. I really like the human touch in transactions. Here was a small company in Montana wanting to deliver a great product in a very down-home way.. I was sold...Sounds kinda old fashioned, I suppose, but a lot of folks like me, especially artists, really appreciate that touch. Nice job, Hank, and everyone else at Rattlesnake. I purchased the TRS to Dual mono splitter about two weeks ago and just received it. It was pretty simple for its function and I didn't expect too much from it. However, the next day I received a short video message from Hank which was surprising and definitely memorable. The product came with better-than-usual packaging and I really appreciate that. The product has robust built quality! And all the component has attention to detail and are assembled carefully. Just out of curiosity I opened the chassis up and was happy to find everything was well organized and soldered with care. I would never have thought I'd find so much satisfaction from such a small simple product, but Rattlesnake delivered just that :) I originally planned to keep this under my pedalboard, but since it looks so pleasing and doesn't take up a lot of space, I decided to put it on the pedalboard. My only complaint is that shipping was quite costly for the size of the item and the amount it took to get here. I paid that was almost the price of the product itself (I was getting an inexpensive item though), and it still took over a week. 5 business days isn't bad, but with that price, I was hoping for something that was even quicker. However, guys at Rattlesnake assembled the unit very quickly and it was shipped the next day the order was placed. I will definitely consider more products from them in the future if the shipping costs a bit less!
