Hank even went the extra 10 miles to thank me for my purchase and update via a video. Completely flabbergasted by the detail to customer service. The only bass cables that will "rattle" the walls will be Rattlesnakes.

My bass just sounds beefier compared to my old cables (Pig Hog, Fender, etc) They are really well built too…I have no doubt they are going to last.
