I bought a Rickenbacker 4003 brand new back in 1983 and never made use of the Rick-O-Sound unit. After having the pickups and output jacks restored after years of touring, I finally pulled the trigger. What a difference having that flexibility and the range of tonal options available after making use of that TRS jack. Why didn't I do this sooner? Probably when I was young I didn't know what I was doing so that's a start. No time like the present. The Rattlesnake TRS box is a tank and the braided TRS cable I purchased is phenomenal. I purchased a 20' standard cable in snake weave. Nickel connections are very secure not requiring future tightening and the cable feels like it's indestructible. The website order process is excellent with a secure checkout and delivery updates. Upon opening the box the cable came packed in, it appeared that the (Rattlesnake) shipping person meticulously packed it as though they were shipping an extremely valuable item. Damage-resistant box, the cable was in a cloth bag, a thank you note with a complimentary pad of (4x6) paper. I'll be back.

I purchased a Evidence audio instrument cable years ago and it did the job, customer service was not really anything special in fact I didnt really have any communication with the company after I spent over $100 for a instrument cable, I didn't like the color and it left me feeling not that impressed, I guess David Gilmore likes them which is cool I guess but I wasn't blown away at all it was just another cable with a bunch of 50 cent words I didnt understand, now with the rattlesnake cables? I was impressed very much not only with their personal concerns and some of the nicest people Ive ever bought any kind of music equipment from in my 25 years of buying music equipment it honestly blew me away! I've personally recommended these cables to all my close guitar nerd friends because of the quality of these cables! These cables feel so solid and I could feel the love that Rattlesnake puts into each and every cable and boy and girls thats a very rare thing to find with any music gear especially cables in this day and age! Do yourself a favor and buy one of Rattlesnake's cables if you disagree with me I'll be flabbergasted because there's no way you'll be disappointed. I'll lay my paycheck that you'll be extremely happy with anything you buy from these fine folks! I'll definitely be back for a new instrument cable very soon thats my promise!!!

If the customer support was on a scale 1 being absolutely not blown away and 10 being best customer service ever? Well they were super fast shipping, lots of care went into the packaged cable I'd rate my experience at least a solid 585 from 1-10....off the charts..... I'd give any new customer my word as a experienced buyer of guitar gear for over 25 years, I give my word you will NOT regret buying anything from the best cable manufacturers you'llever find (and handmade and produced in the good Ole USA) Thats also a very rare thing these days. I know this guy will 100% be back for another instrument cable, I actually just gave my Evidence audio cable away a few days ago, Evidence makes a good cable but its not in Rattlesnake's league at all thats the cold hard facts! This is the kind of quality in a piece of gear that makes you want to pick up your guitar and play music, when's the last time youve bought a piece of equipment that does that? Its been a very long time for me. If you want to try to use every piece of gear David Gilmore uses go buy the non impressive gear he uses but if you want to get a little spark of joy everytime you plug your amp or guitar in you'd be hard pressed to find another cable thats a better quality than these. Thank you Rattlesnake for making sure I was a valued customer and thanks for finally producing the best cable this 36 year-old musician has ever used!!! I know I'll be back very soon for a instrument cable thats my good word!!!! You guys are hands down the best, thats not opinion thats the FACTS folks!

I purchased a right angle to right angle speaker cable with the snake weave design (which is on another level of cool) you get what you pay for these days and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with a 1/4 right angle cable or ANY cable Ive wasted money on thru the years! You can feel the love and care these guys put into each product they produce thats the gods honest truth! I dare you to find a finer cable go ahead I'll wait.........unfortunately I will go ahead and tell you that you wont find a better cable thats just the cold hard facts!

I knew I was getting an upgrade, but I had no idea how much of one. When I swapped out my previous cable(s) with the Rattlesnake, there was no comparison. I had the original cable that came with the unit and a right angle "upgrade" I had purchased. I could keep the "upgrade" as a spare, but I think I will just order another Rattlesnake.
