I was in need of an extension cable for my wireless guitar system. I didn't want the wireless unit sticking out of my guitar. So, I needed a right angle make to female connection. Searching the web there are none to be found. That is when I came across Rattlesnake Cables. I punched in my request and in minutes received a response. The same day I submitted my order, they started building my cable and within a few hours it was shipped! My order was lost by the USPS (Not Rattlesnake Cables fault) and to make things right, I was shipped a new cable that arrived very quickly. They made it right and that speaks volumes to me!
