Robert C. - First, I have been performing professionally for 50 years. I have owned many cables over that time and have seen lots of changes over the years. Some "monster" cables which claim to be rugged have proven not to be, even though they may have improved my tone/sound. I first purchased a 10' snake head Rattlesnake cable probably 7 years ago in dirty tweed. I was so impressed with the tone on my jazz gigs that I purchased 2 - 20' cables of the same... Dave V. - I have purchased a number of cables from Rattlesnake over the last couple of years. The build quality is second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone. October 12, 2017 Read Full Testimonial
James C. - Absolutely astounding quality and value! I have been suckered by the 4150 and up cables in the past. No more. These cables are built rock solid, and carry a reasonable price tag. I'm sure these will be in my gig box for years to come. October 12, 2017 Read Full Testimonial
Carl K. - I like the quality of the cables. Very durable. A bit on the pricey side. When a discount is offered I usually try to take advantage of those. October 12, 2017 Read Full Testimonial
Tonu T. - I must say that these cables are so good that one of them is already stolen:) And of course I must purchase new Rattlesnake cable, 'cause I customized them without reservation. October 12, 2017 Read Full Testimonial
Greg W. - Amidst the over-crowded market of custom cables (& l've tried many), Rattlesnakes are absolutely among the best. You WILL get every penney's worth. October 11, 2017 Read Full Testimonial
Don B. - Excellent builds. Roadworthy craftmanship. And unsurpassed customer service. Any gigging musician would be remiss to pass on this find. October 11, 2017 Read Full Testimonial
Rod S. - I was looking for a rather long cable to run from my pedal board to my amp. I was, obviously, concerned about tone loss, but needed to relocate my amp. Hank was very responsive to my questions, and guiding me in what I am trying to accomplish. His cables are fantastic, and very durable. In the end, he gave me a cable that works from exactly what I need. As a result, I've purchased other cables, and a tester (that I don't think he offers anymore).... J B. - I've been dealing w/ guitar & other cable issues for over 40 years, which is why I started building my own, & bringing a soldering iron to gigs. Recently I started using higher end cables from only two manufacturers, one of which is Rattlesnake. I've had no issues and a cleaner signal w/ their products and will continue to use them. Alexander F. - I have purchased several styles of rattlesnake cables. I really like the silent plug, (which has a built in switch when disconnected from the guitar) and the custom options are nice. The cables are superior to anything I have every played with prior, and they feel super sturdy. October 11, 2017 Read Full Testimonial
What Robert C. Said...
Testimonial:
First, I have been performing professionally for 50 years. I have owned many cables over that time and have seen lots of changes over the years. Some "monster" cables which claim to be rugged have proven not to be, even though they may have improved my tone/sound. I first purchased a 10' snake head Rattlesnake cable probably 7 years ago in dirty tweed. I was so impressed with the tone on my jazz gigs that I purchased 2 - 20' cables of the same for my Blues and Rockabilly gigs. There is a noticeable difference in the quality of tone and construction of Rattlesnake compared to other brands of lesser and higher price. In fact, at a few of my blues jams, other guitarists who have forgotten their own cable or had a failure and then used one of my Rattlesnakes were overwhelmed in the quality of their "new" sound. I gave them the Rattlesnake web address and I know 2 guitarists who purchased cables and loved them. Also, I had a small problem with the sleeve drifting on one of my cables some years back and Hank not only repaired the sleeve but upgraded the plugs as well. And, all at no cost.
Thoughts about our Service:
