Rattlesnake makes a great cable. There's no pseudoscience explaining why their cables magically sound better. The cables sound great because they use quality components and are assembled by a caring team. When you contact Rattlesnake, you get a human, if not the owner. Odd custom cables with weird wiring/lengths are no problem. You get a genuine lifetime warranty on their products. And they're as durable as cables get, with protective sleeves in attractive colors. Finally, when you buy a Rattlesnake cable, you support a US business and employees. For me, all of this justifies the cost, which goes towards things I want to support as a consumer.

It's just the best cable out there. I got the coily red one and it works great, Sounds great! I know it's just a cable, but it's a simple piece of gear that for me I'd like to look at it like a guitar or a drum set.

I have used mogami, earnie ball, etc. for patch cables and guitar cabeling. Let me tell you these cables make my whole guitar rig sing! I always believed good cabeling works wonders but these products brought that to a whole new level. Highly reccommend!

Bought the Rickenbacker bundle for the stereo output on my '96 4003. I cannot believe the packaging this was in! Custom bags to fit each item with product specific cards and nice boxes. Once hooked up, I had to check all the connections and previously owned cables. I had two cables that had to go. So, once all that was done, no stereo. I came back to the website and found a link to the FAQ for my issue. Since I had used the stereo on it years ago, and I bought it new, it was a quick diagnosis. The shunt on the Standard jack had closed. I took off the pick guard and there it was. Using a screwdriver, I carefully bent the shunt open. Before closing up I verified it would still close with a cable inserted. Now it's working and sounds fantastic. Rattlesnake shows they have the knowledge, skills, and experience to deliver an excellent quality product!

Testimonial:

The cables are fantastic - great quality build, great sound. I placed an order in the early morning hours, and soon got a note that they were starting to build them - and they even shipped out the same day. Next day, Hank sent a video message just to say Thanks for the order. Who does that? Love it, man. All above and beyond. Thanks!

Testimonial:

I bought these because they look sweet with the weave, but there is a lot more to them than that. The weave is actually kind of rigid, not just fabric like other brands. This is cool because it resists twisting and tangling up as you move around the stage. I noticed this right away using these cables at home; then it was proven a couple nights ago in a performance setting. Guys in my band picked up the cables and were impressed by the quality feel and the hefty connections. The bottom line is always sound, and they sound just as good as my Mogami cables and they will surely hold up a ton better. I don't see how you can buy a better cable anywhere, and since these are made by hand in the USA, they are just a win-win.

Came across these cables on my feed and they caught my eye; (like to give someone other than GC or another one of the big companies my business when given the chance) Reached out and the ordering process was simple and straightforward, I got a TEXT a few minutes later from the OWNER of the business asking if I wanted to mix two metals in my connection( I mistakenly didn’t specify gold on BOTH ends) He caught that on my order, and called me up to confirm. I admitted my mistake and offered to pay the difference. He straightened out my order free of the added charge . Just asked that I keep comin back. Well, not only will I come back again, he’s got a customer for life from that quick response and kind gesture. On POINT, on TIME, and the product is QUALITY. Couldn’t be happier…

I received your cables. 20' rattlesnake colored. I played it side by side with the cheapo pig hog cable I use. Hank, I AM A TRUE BELIEVER! Wow! What a difference. The notes and chords are much clearer. And I can hear the treble. It's not harsh but sweet What a difference. I had no idea!

Testimonial:

Many years ago I discovered, after being a complete skeptic, what’s difference using high quality cables could make for my bass tone. I felt I was using some of the best cables available. Recently they started to showing a lot of wear. It was time to replace them. Despite said unnamed cable NOT having a lifetime warranty I decided to replace them with the same brand. Before I could do so a local player I very much respected mentioned Rattlesnake cables. When I saw a special pop up I decided to check them out. I’m SO glad I did. They feel, and more importantly, sound better than what I’d been using. Hands down they are the best cables I’ve ever used.

Thoughts about our Service:

Better than any company I have worked with. After placing my first order, the owner, Hank, sent me a personalized video, thanking me. I was also kept informed on the building and shipping of my cable. Upon buying my second cable, I found it was built and shipped in the same day. I couldn’t be happier.
