Amazing. Hank is incredible and very customer focused. I had an issue with the Neutrik silent plugs (not a Rattlesnake issue) not engaging correctly. Hank immediately fixed the issue and shipped it back at his expense! I'll never buy another brand of cable.

Holy crap! I've been playing in touring bands for decades and have used all kinds of gear and my Rattlesnake Cables are probably the most reliable pieces of gear I have. The builds are amazing and I think they are actually from Planet Crypton because I don't think they can be broken. Mine have been run over by heavy bass and guitar cabs, drum hardware cases, pissy sound men and all manner of absent-minded musician types (i.e. drummers). I've never had to worry about them not working the next night in the next town (or the next night at practice).
Why buy a nice, expensive guitar and amp and then skimp on the cables? Get in touch with the fine folks at Rattlesnake and you can thank me later.
