Very positive, it couldn't be better. I got my orders in a very timely manner (within a couple of days) and when one of my cables had broke I got it repaired for free and the turnaround time was very quick. Hank was easy to get in touch with and response time was always fast with corresponding emails.

Communication has been great long before I'd ever bought a cable I'd gotten info on having my studio becoming a dealer (still a strong possibility). The purchase experience was one of the best I got notified when my order was received, processed, given tracking info and when I opened the package I was greeted by a handwritten thank you card and a carefully packed set of cables in a tin with my t shirt. Have some other Rattlesnake swag that Hank kindly threw in like stationary. This level of service and attention to detail is rarely seen in this day and age. I'd grade the service 100% everything and more than I expected.
