Testimonial:

I received an ad about Rattlesnake on social media. I saw they offered the Custom Loom so I reached out to start a design. Hank followed-up directly with me to give some really good advice and direction. I moved forward with ordering the Loom and it was perfect. It's exactly what I want in terms of convenience and the cables were really heavy duty. The quality and sound were so good that I immediately ordered a few more cables and I expect to continue using Rattlesnake for all my cable needs. Great product with great service.

Testimonial:

I typically skip over ads that I come across on Instagram, but something about Rattlesnake Cable Company piqued my interest. From exploring the website I can tell that the care they put into their products would undoubtedly yield quality, not just in its construction, but in its sound quality as well!

---

Thoughts about our Service:

Right from when I reached out to inquire about the custom cable loom build, to placing the order for that and the instrument cable, communication was incredible. Any questions were answered quickly and the quality of customer service is nothing less than "white glove"! I look forward to working with Rattlesnake Cables for any future cabling needs I may encounter!

What was purchased:

I purchased a 25' custom cable loom which included an IEC end to a power plug and an XLR to 1/4" cable with the snakeskin weave. I also purchased a 20' instrument cable with matching snakeskin weave as a back up (I typically go wireless) in the event that the wireless goes out on me for any reason.

Testimonial:

I didn't think that I'd care too much about an instrument cable. I was wrong. When you get your hands on a Rattlesnake cable, you will understand the difference. You won't regret your decision. ...and made in the USA!

---

Thoughts about our Service:

It has been a long time, if ever, to receive the level of service that Hank and his team have given. The packaging, handwritten thank you on a Rattlesnake note pad, a Rattlesnake sticker, and I was blown away with a personal video from Hank thanking me for my order. Who does that? Noone. Timely, friendly, professional, ... I love the 'small business' experience. Thank you.

Testimonial:

Very happy with my Rattlesnake instrument cable. This cable feels very durable from the cable to the covering, to the connectors. The black ivy covering looks great and adds a level of strength. These cables won’t tangle and are still easy to roll up. I've used it on my guitars and basses and everything sounds crystal clear. No added coloring of the tone from the cable. I will definitely buy more.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

I'm not sure there could be a company that takes better care of their customers. The covering I wanted wasn't listed on their website, but I emailed and got a quick response. I gave my other specs and by the following day my cable was being shipped to me. Great communication and the additional care in the packaging was a nice touch.
