I have been loving my custom loom! It has been reliable and convenient at every show. Set up and tear down needs to be quick; especially at festivals. My Rattlesnake Loom has made it extremely easy for myself and stage hands to get my guitar rig on and off stage quickly! Instead of having to grab multiple cables, and wrap them up, now I have one line of 4 cables that I can quickly grab and wrap up in seconds! Also, the materials that Rattlesnake uses in their cables are extremely high quality, built in the USA! Not only are they great cables, but the customer service is absolutely incredible! Hank called me up within hours of my purchase to make sure I'm getting exactly what I need (measurements, type of cables, breakpoints, etc.). As musicians, we are always on the look for quality equipment at affordable prices; and I gotta say I am super impressed with Rattlesnake Cables!

Testimonial:

I just ordered recently from Rattlesnake Cable Company for the first time and already ordered again. The quality of the products is clearly superior. Not only are they robust but beautiful as well. I ordered a couple of speaker cables, a TRS cable and a patch cable in custom lengths and they are game changers for me. They really cleaned up my rig and certainly appear built for the long haul. My only frustration is now that I know they make cables for every conceivable application for my rig, from IEC, TRS, XLR, patch, and instrument cables...and beyond, I want to replace every cable I have with a Rattlesnake Cable. The products are obviously high quality but the customer service makes the buying process a joy as well.

Thoughts about our Service:

The customer service at Rattlesnake Cable Company is superlative, unparalleled I would say. I appreciate very much the personal touch added by physical notes in the order and the video that was sent.

I every business ran the way Hank runs Rattlesnake, the world would be a much better place! The products and the personal service is beyond compare. The quality is over the top but, if you need to, you can speak with Hank, get ideas and solutions, they custom make your cables, they ship quickly and follow up with a personal video note...who gives this kind of service anymore....sadly, almost unheard of!

Rattlesnake Cable Company- Always Top of the Line

---

Thoughts about our Service:

Rattlesnake Cable Company customer service is phenomenal. Rattlesnake guarantees 100% satisfaction with their products, and they will take care of you if you have any issues. For the longest time, I lost so much faith in companies due to crummy customer service. Rattlesnake Cable Company reassured to me that excellent customer service is still valued and that customer satisfaction is a priority. A big "shout out" to Hank and the Rattlesnake Cable Company team for always helping me out!

What was purchased:

I have purchased several Rattlesnake Cable Company products throughout the years. My entire rig consists of several Speaker Cables, Instrument Cables (from my guitar into pedalboard in front of my amp), as well Instrument Cables into the send and return cables to my modulated effects (Fuchs ODS 100 amp). In addition, my pedal board uses all Rattlesnake Flex Cables. My signal is quiet and clear. Rattlesnake cables eliminated all of the unnecessary "hiss" that many other cables seem to retain.

Rattlesnake Cables absolutely floored me. The build quality, the feel, the aesthetic — everything screams boutique craftsmanship. But the real magic is the tone. These cables opened up clarity and presence in my rig that I didn't even realize I was missing. Fast shipping, impeccable customer service, and quality that's truly unparalleled. I'm proud to run Rattlesnake in my rig.
